Ordered a box for my friends 40th Birthday,Dpd have lost it but the support from bottle in a box is non existent and im not holding any hope of this getting sorted,probably £40 down the drain!

Lovely product. And costumer service was great. Got back to me wry quickly and did all they could to help with a small issue we had. We use them again!

Have used 'Bottle in a Box' on 2 occasions for my adult children's Birthdays.
Extremely pleased on each occasion for their wine hamper gifts, which created delight. High quality products with exquisite presentation. Both arrived on time. Excellent customer service for something I had to change post order. My request was acknowledged promptly & received a personal touch.
Will be using again, I would highly recommend.

Had a really disappointing experience with this company. After ordering for a 18th birthday present which was not delivered I was then offered ( not yet received)a refund minus delivery fee. I would not recommend or use this company again !! A deliverable gift company with the worst delivery policies!!

An absolultye farcical company.

Order 7 hampers for Christmas for one of my main clients and they failed at every single turn.

The delivery commay failed to deliver, claimed they could not access the site (it is a working office!!). Since then failed on every count.

They then went on to ask our client ot collect the hampers (how embarassing!!). They did so today and only 3 of the 7 hampers were there.

Where are the rest??? May explain why they did not deliver - the hampers got 'lost' somewhere.

I will never use these again, and I still await my hampers.

I used this company for the first time. I have been so impressed and it has been a positive experience. Super fast delivery. Beautifully packaged gifts. Definitely value for money.

I've used this company before and absolutely love their gift sets. However, I can only assume that they've gone bust and have forgotten to shut down their website? I can't place any orders. I've tried ordering different items just in case it was one product giving me an issue, but every time I complete entering addresses and gift notes, I click next to enter payment information and get a blank screen... every time without fail. Nothing loads and refreshing does nothing. This happens on my Samsung phone, my wife's MacBook and my standard Windows laptop. I've tried getting in touch with this company. Twitter and Instagram goes unanswered and the contact us form on their website doesn't work. So very disappointing.

Gift delivered to the wrong address and when I contact customer services advised that either the person I sent it to goes and gets the parcel themselves from the address it went to or I wait for the courier to go and retrieve it which could take 3-5 working days and if they don’t give the parcel I essentially lose the money paid for the gift!

Requested Monday delivery delivered Saturday before luckily somone was home.
card option would have been good card could have been a bit festive instead of just advertising themselves.

Birthday gifts for my daughter arrived on requested day , the boxes were lovely and safely packaged , the Prosecco box was a lovely sharing birthday drink with her friends extra special with chocolate and biscuits, the kraken gift set was also fab with another range of different extras , she loved both boxes , will definitely use your reliable service again from a very happy birthday girl and her mum Kind Regards Anne Knox

Found this site on line. Lovely birthday box with personalised card inside. A beautiful 70th birthday present. Arrived as expected on our chosen day. I would recommend this company for a special gift!

Ordered a Gin miniatures gift set as a thank you for friends.

Purchased a few boxes from this company over the last month or two, as a thank you gift to my clients. Love the personalised cards and my clients are always very grateful for their gift sets. I purchase the “Thank You” gift box every time and they go down a treat! Lots of other boxes available though, for whatever occasion suits. Ordered for a 60th birthday. Gift set was delivered on the chosen date and my mother in law loved it. She sent me over some pictures and the box was beautifully presented and she loved the gin. Definitely recommend!

Ordered a nice Whisky gift set for an 80th Birthday, the delivery date was scheduled but unfortunately the chosen courier service decided to leave the £50 gift on the floor outside the front door and then took a photo of the gift on the floor and also a notice on the front door which read 'Please leave in Porch'. Unfortunately the gift went 'missing' as it wasn't left in the safe place requested. Bottle in a Box advised that as this wasn't raised with them within 7 days of delivery (presumably the period in their T & C's with DPD) there is nothing they can do - I would have expected something as a gesture rather than hide behind the courier they use! So, to conclude, I was happy with the product ordered (it looked really nice on the website) but not much value out of £50 as the recipient never received his gift!!

The reply from BIAB really does sum up their customer service, it's not their fault it's the customers!
If you want to send a birthday gift to someone through this company don't forget to ring the recipient within 7 days to see if they actually received it!!!!
