I contacted Bounce Back Carpets on 6th July, and Ashley promptly confirmed availability for 13th July to clean the removable carpets from our touring caravan. He responded quickly to my enquiry, was courteous throughout, and made the booking process effortless.

On the day of the appointment, Ashley messaged to let us know he was on his way and arrived exactly when he said he would. From start to finish, the service was professional and well organised. He laid a tarpaulin on our driveway to keep everything clean and then did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets. The amount of dirt that came out of them was astonishing!

Once the job was finished, everything was left spotless and tidy. Most importantly, the carpets now look and smell amazing—they’ve come up far better than I expected.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bounce Back Carpets, and I’ll certainly be using Ashley and the team again in the future.

We had our carpets and LVT flooring cleaned by Ashley just over a week ago and they’ve dried and come up looking brand spanking new.

Received 10/10 service from Ashley at Bounce Back Carpets yesterday. He arrived on time and was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. I wasn’t sure our cream carpet could be saved, but after less than an hour it looked brand new. He also gave helpful advice on our stone flooring, which was a huge bonus. I’ll definitely be rebooking and would recommend Ashley to anyone.
