I had two settees ,two chairs and a bedroom carpet cleaned by Ashley and Tyler from Bounce Back.I am delighted with the results They informed me throughout the clean what they were doing and were very professional and efficient The furniture and carpet now look brand new I would highly recommend Bounce Back Extremely good value for the price charged .

Highly recommended. Great communication prior to coming out. Did a really good job on cleaning heavily soiled carpet in an ex rental house. Well trusted, left them to it and came back an hour later. Would use again no problem.

Great service from Bounceback. Good communication beforehand. Were early on day but checked that was ok before arriving. Clearly explained the process and what they were doing. Polite and respectful of my property. Already booking back in for other rooms to be done.

How this guy hasn’t got a solid 5 stars is beyond me. He is excellent at his job having just done a full house carpet clean for us in a property we have rented. He knows his stuff and works efficiently and professionally using good products to leave the home smelling clean and fresh.

Would recommend Bounce Bank Carpets to anybody, called to get a price for carpet and sofa cleaned, was asked to send photo of sofa, so they could check the material and the correct method could be carried out, was given a price, date and time. Ashley and team arrived on time very friendly and polite. They got straight on with work, very impressive the way they work. Sofa and Carpet looks like new, very happy.

Had stairs and landings cleaned today after a few years of general usage dirt build up.
Ashley was a lovely gentleman who has done a fabulous job. My carpets look like new. I would 100% recommend this company
