Ashley did an amazing job with our carpets and especially our dining chairs!

There were a few very old stains that I didn't expect to come out, but most were gone when they'd finished, even the marker!

The customer service was great and both were very friendly and polite, explaining the steps to us and making sure we understood what we were getting before booking us in.

Would highly recommend and will definitely be having them back again.

I contacted Ashley via Facebook after seeing Bounce Back carpets being recommended numerous times on my local Facebook group. I read through all his reviews, and was confident that I would be recieving a professional carpet clean. I have previously used another local company who wasn't great, so with that in mind, I did look at alot of other company's to make sure I chose correctly. Communication was spot on, he was really friendly and explained the process and what solutions that he was using. He managed to squeeze us in as well, which I was very grateful for. As for the carpets, they really have 'bounced back' they look fab, and I can't believe the difference. They smell fresh and look tonnes better. Ashley also cleaned 2 dining room velvet chairs for me. The children use these, and they were FILTHY, covered in god knows what - and also marked in red felt tip!! Not now though- they look new again! I highly recommend and will be using again in the future. Thanks again

I am so pleased with the results of the upholstery cleaning by Ashley. The vibrancy of colour has returned to the furniture and it looks new again!!

Full house carpet clean, a lot of pet stains due to a nervous rescue dog, general build up and drinks spills. Treatment applied to eliminate pet wee residue, and then full clean. Carpet as good as new. Team really friendly and understanding of a bit of extra time for me to calm down nervous pets. 5 stars, will use again!

Reliable, trustworthy, thorough job I had wool carpets cleaned and they have come up all fresh, the water was filthy.
Dried out fast, 3 bedroom landing and stairs took about 1hr and half so quick
