No Star at all, just a con company and you can't trust Trustpilot either if they support companies like that!

No star really. Said I had win a free sample but with delivery charge. No mention of anything else. Said 12-day period was up and charged me £89.90. I have only had it for a few days but there had been no mention of any further charges - it was supposed to be free. First time I have fallen for a scam and I am in my early 80s. How do I stop them taking this money or any further money? Please help.

This company provides false goods. They just tried to charge my account wirh a renewal for bullshit goods which I did not want or authorized. They are absolute scammers

Just ordered trial... But realised in email that he is going charge me after 12 days for full subscription what i wasn't agreed... Will try to contact with that scamers otherwise will speak with bank to block future unauthorised deductions from my acc..

You don't get 12 days trial, my supplements took 10 days in transit, i had 2 days trial and then you took the remainder of money out of my account, i don't think this is fair, i am very disappointed.

J'ai réglé 9,95 € pour un essai sans avoir de mention comme Quoi c'était un abonnement !!! On m'a prélevé 49,95 €. J'ai retourné le produit non ouvert ça m'a coûté 31,60 € pour la Floride !!!
Je reçois un mail ce jour qui m'annonce que je suis abonné et que je serai prélevé !!!
J'ai lu d'autres commentaires. Jee vais contacter ma banque et essayer de trouver le groupe Facebook indiqué en-dessous.
N'achetez surtout pas !!!!

It would appear that people are still being scammed by these criminals, Nutranewera & Bounty Nutrition who use AI generated images of celebs to market their product and who offer a Free Trial but end up signing you up to a monthly subscription which is difficult to cancel.
Report to your banks, dispute any payments not agreed to, cancel your cards if necessary.
Report to Which Scams reporting toll and to Action Fraud.

I set up a Facebook Group for people to share experiences as FB are allowing their advertising, search for both names.
I have also had contact from a journalist supposedly filming a scams documentary and they would like screenshots of any of the original adverts that people may still have.

I have just been onto customer care to complain about the fact they've taken £49.95 from my account after 12days of trial bottle. I've only used 2tablets and they say I can't return an opened bottle. How do you trial it without opening it.
Therefore no refund. Disgusted. I am 77 year old lady and no way could I afford this on a pension.

Complete scam. Using AI of Andy Murray to falsely convince me to try a product on facebook. They said it was free, then charged nearly £10 postage and handling and then said I would need to pay a large regular subscription after 12 days. I immediately cancelled within hours of placing the order and before dispatch. They have said they will not refund the postage and handling.

My partner ordered some tablets from this company and was told he could send them back if they didn't work. They didn't so was told send back but normal price was £15 & tracker would have been alot more so I choose the £15 one. In the mean time they took £50 for an subscription which we cancelled before the end date. I have tried to get the money back but with no success!! Please do not buy anything from this company as they are con men and take your hard earned money

Bounty Nutrition are not to be trusted. I ordered some Heart Boosting pills from them, having seen an advert on Facebook. They did not make it clear what the ordering process was and it appeard that I could just obtain the first bottle free and pay P&P only, to try them out. But in reality I was conned into a monthly subscription AND they billed me for the full amount for the first batch.

Surtout, ne commandez pas, c'est de l'arnaque. Après, avoir payé, mes 9,95€ pour un flacon, on vous apprend, que ça vous coûtera 59€, plus, un abonnement de 26€ mensuel, que, je n'ai, jamais demandé. Des filous.

£9.95 FOR RUBBISH THEN SET UP FOR A MONTHLY PAYMENT OF £49.95 ITS A SCAM!

Don't even think of buying, you will be wasting time and money. Same experience when buying, you are told of a trial bottle for £9.95 postage and delivery, which was acceptable. No mention of a 12 day trial from the date of despatch. No mention of it being subscription based. No mention of being unable to return unsealed bottle (ie no trial basis). No mention of the trial bottle becoming chargeable at £49.95 if the unsealed bottle isn't returned within the 12 day trial period. The unsealed bottle must be returned tracked. So even if you realise the scam on time, you will still be out of pocket by £9.95 initial delivery and another £17.20 UK tracked return postage to a US PO Box number. I had a proposal that if I choose to keep the trial bottle, they will give me a £19.95 discount. No mention of the continuing subscription. That means more headaches in the days ahead. Save yourself a headache and spend the money on your self.
FYI: Always pay by CC. I did speak with my CC company and they are aware of the business's bad practice. I was assure that once they stopped to fulfil their part of the contract, the CC company will activate the refund process by deducting the same amount from their account.

No star for these scammers. I totally agree with every comment. I returned pills on day received . Paying post for a tracking number. Not sure address supplied is legitimate. Lucky me…my bank recognized their transaction as fraudulent and contacted me. I’m only out of pocket by €24. The emails seem generated by robots.

No products sent out, and no communication or help received.
Avoid at all costs.
