Terrible company to deal with. Told them that they were to take no money from my account having cancelled the subscription nor to send any goods. We are now in dispute. Do not use them for anything!

One star is too good for this company. My mother in law signed up for a free trial, there was no mention of a subscription, the first day she got charged twice for shipping, then 10 days later €59.

We have still yet to receive the trial, let alone test it. My advice is stay away from this company, everything about it screams scam.

The only way to cancel it is to ring them up and request a cancellation, even then the cancellation email has a note at the bottom saying that the charge will come out as PIX*Thenutramax.com. She may have to cancel her card.

If I could give a zero rating I would. Ordered through a advert on Facebook for health supplements, (I should have known better 🙄) they stated free 30 days supply for only p&p of £9:95. Once ordered and paid you receive a email saying that you have a 30 days supply on it's way and if not happy you need to return within 12 days . It took 5 days to receive, so it's not possible to be able to know if you're happy with this product, but after that you're be charged £49.95. The website when ordering doesn't say anything that this is a ongoing monthly payment of £49.95, which I didn't agree to. I tried to contact this company many times but nothing, If you pay via debit card is easy to cancel, via credit card is very difficult to stop. I cancelled my credit card so no further payments will be made.
Totally a scam and a con, do not use this company at all!

Same this happened to me as to David before me. But mine was weight loss gummies. Send back within 12 days unopened and bear the cost yourself.

Blood Pressure Capsule Scam

This company advertised their blood pressure capsules on Facebook as a FREE sample with a charge of £9.95 for postage. There was no mention of any other charges or a trial period.

Immediately after paying the £9.95 for postage, I got an email from them stating that ''If you love your experience, do nothing! After the 12-day trial, you'll be charged the full price of £49.95 for the product.

Returns
Not satisfied? You can return the product within the 12-day trial to avoid being charged''.

This was a fraudulent use of my card, as I never authorised this payment. I contacted my bank immediately, but the £9.95 for postage had gone through already. My bank cancelled the card that I used in case the company tried to take more money using a different name.

Do NOT purchase anything from this company.

I have reported them to The Advertising Standards Authority and Action Fraud and suggest that you do the same.

Nothing recieved, but charged already ! They start 12 day from time it's send, this was 12 days ago, how can you trial a product when delivery is so long.

Be careful the scammers ask for £9 to start and after that you will be charged £49 a month.

I ordered these tablets yesterday on 20/05/2024 and tried to cancel on 20/05/2024 just a few hours later. I received a notification that they would be charging me £49.95 aftrr 12 days if I don't return the bottle. They are in Florida, US. I checked tracking and it says the package won't be here for 8 to 15 days. Impossible to return within 12 days. I tried to cancel and gave them notice to not make anymore charges. Was told I couldn't stop the charges. All this for something that was free!!!

My mother in law tried to order herself some tablets. It seemed she was buying a £9.95 trial bottle. When she received the confirmation email, if she didn't send the tablets back, UNOPENED, after her 'trial', she would be charged £49.95, not only that, it automatically sets up a subscription, to pay out £49.95 each month. Delivery also took quite a while. Please don't use this sneaky company that are just out to catch vulnerable people.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.. never received my order after paying €9.95 and I rang them up to cancel my order. They then debited my account €59.95 a few days later and are now refusing to refund both payments.
Do not order from this company.

Same as the other reviews. Total scam. You think you are buying 1 bottle for 9.95 GBP and then they hit you up for another 49.95 GBP subscription that you don’t know you’ve signed up for about 2 weeks later when you only received the pills a week previously. The owners should go to jail.

This company should be shut down it's a complete scam. You are offered a trial period but this commences the moment you buy. If product is delivered after this time you are charged an additional £49.99. I rang to cancel on day 12 as I was not aware of any subscription. They gave me 35% refund of £60. And told me I could keep the goods!! I had had them 3 days! There is no trial period. This is a scam they just rob you of your money!

I advise people not to lose their hard earned money to these scammers. They get you into a subscription of 50£ without you knowing.
I cancelled my order as soon as I realised this and asked my bank to stop paying them, my bank did a good job, got my money back.

I saw these capsules online for diabetes they were offering a 7 day free trial so I ordered them but only received them after the 7 day period then got another email saying we have debited £59.95 for the capsules. I emailed them but heard nothing. Then whilst I was checking my credit card bill I saw another debit of the same amount £59.95 in May not aware that this was a subscription as I was not notified or told about this. This is such a scam and money making scheme definitely would not recommend anyone to order from them 😡😡 I have asked for a full refund for the payment they have taken and will be speaking to my credit card company too.

My mother bought some Glyco Control Plus and was obviously duped into having to pay exceedingly more than was originally advertised. Instead of 9.95 pounds the sum suddenly increased to 50 as she processed her order.
Such behavior should and certainly will be reported to the authorities concerned because my mother who is almost 90 and suffering from advanced macular degeneration was scammed by their false pricing.
Bounty Nutrition deny any knowledge of my mother's order and have taken 9.95 from her credit card under their equally dodgy company called PX* More Nutra.
The invoice states that the 12 day trial starts now and she hasn't recieved the suppliments yet. Obviously the 12 day decision period is completely fixed so that you are obliged to pay the extra fee of 50 pounds.
Albeit they have flatly refused to give me their postal address to return their hope in a jar called GlycolControlPlus

Terrible attitude to customers. Difficult finding their address to return product. No help whatsoever in dealing with enquiries. Rubbish company, rubbish product. Do not use them.

I placed an order not realising I had been signed up to a subscription until this company contacted me again to confirm my subscription and another order on the way. I find this underhand so will not be using this company again.
