Awful. Still not received my goods and they go not reply to any emails. Obviously a s sm company

Top Lage!!! Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum der Stadt. So dass zu Fuss alles gut erreichbar ist. Das Hotel Personal war sehr freundlich. Leider war im Zimmer die Dusche nicht vollumfänglich funktionstüchtig. Auch am Waschbecken bei vollem Aufdrehen des Wasserhahns ist das Wasser nur sehr gering geflossen. Ausserdem ist im Eingangsbereich der Liegenschaft nicht ersichtlich auf welcher Etage sich die Rezeption des Hotels befindet. Da sich in der Liegenschaft zwei Hotel Unternehmungen befinden, wäre eine entsprechende Beschilderung wünschenswert.

Do not use, ordered Charlotte Tilsbury. Never received, they did reply to my email saying it’s on the way but didn’t arrive in time for Christmas despite ordering weeks before. I’ve asked for a refund but will probably never get that either, total scam.

Really bad! Received an empty envelope not the slippers I ordered, they will not respond to emails. They’ve had my pants down for sure, just glad it wasn’t a lot of money but still infuriating. 🤬

Slippers advertised as Uggs, not received. Emailed 5 times and no response .

Like other people on here, I purchased a pair of slippers, just to receive an empty envelope. Contacted my bank who are investigating but this company BENZI BOUTIQUE needs to be shut down

Ordered a pair of Ugg slippers on 15th March and like others I received an empty envelope nearly two weeks later! I have emailed every day and had no response for a refund which I don’t think I’ll get. Laughable when they say their customer service is available Monday to Friday 9-5 as I’ve heard nothing from them. Avoid this site!

Ordered Ugg slippers for my daughter received a plastic envelope, these people need to be shut down and not allowed to scam people.

Orders 2 pair slippers ( Ugg) from Benzi’s Boutique and today I have received a small empty envelope from Evri. At this point I’m thinking this is a SCAM off to email bank for refund!

Ordered Ugg slippers from BENZI BOUTIQUE and received an empty envelope!!! Hoping this is a genuine site and error on their behalf. I have emailed and hope that if I receive what I have purchased, then I’ll be more than happy to remove this review. Until then, BUYERS BEWARE!

All fine until you want to return an item - received c 65% of the original order price back as they don’t refund shipping (fair enough) or taxes (not fair enough as they can get a rebate through customs). Lesson learnt but an expensive mistake!

I received my item , which was over £600 and wasn’t even steamed when I unpacked it! They could have packaged the item up in a suit carrier as opposed to stuff it into a small box- as it was a long dress .I returned the item after emailing them a few times as the online return they advise wasn’t available, once they got the item back they advised me that I would be subject to paying the taxes and duties incurred on my return which amounted to £62 plus £4 measly pound for the actual return, which I found odd as they have a DHL account a week after my item was received I am still waiting for the “finance department “ to process my refund! Why does it take so long. Overall I wouldn’t not use this service again,I would not recommended it - if you can find the item locally then I would do that to avoid charges and being over charged . Beware

quality and service

Service is very bad from the day I placed the order, they fail to deliver the item on time, customer car and internal communication seems bad too, I’ve returned the item since March 2 and haven’t received my refund yet, in addition to that I’ve got second installment deducted from my account and I can’t communicate with anybody in charge , that’s very unprofessional and frustrating

The Boutique 1 website is terrible, it is so difficult to navigate. My friend told me the necklace that she wanted me to buy for her, but I couldn’t find it on your website, I searched forever. Eventually I gave up and just googled it and then finally it appeared on your website.

However, once I had finally placed my order, the delivery service was excellent.

Excellent customer service, fast shipping and great prices.

The order delivery was good but the return process went from good to bad especially when I was trying to get in touch it was nearly impossible!!
