These are the charges pre-paid by Boutique 1 as your shipment was dispatched on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis and is non-refundable in cases of returns as stipulated in our Returns Page under Important Information.
We can confirm that returns are free and sent back to us on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis hence for any additional return costs, it is shouldered by Boutique 1.

I always have a good experience wz you but this time was amazing as I got a shoes and the size wasn’t good so the return took nothing ! Clinton was the one who talked to me from the beginning and they were all very efficient !

The product I bought online was lovely…
The product I bought online was lovely when it eventually arrived . But the hassle before and still on going isn’t worth it. I bought some earrings quite expensive . I then had messages stating I needed to pay import tax else I would t receive my item . It went on for days between dhl and myself trying to pay this import tax . I paid it as I wanted to get my earrings as they expensive . Boutique 1 said they would refund my the tax as I shouldn’t of paid as of yet this hasn’t happened. I was told 2-3 days which was nearly a month ago! Very poor customer service wouldnt use again.
Just to follow on from this as they have replied below that I would be refunded this still hasn’t happened . I was told four days that was a week ago. This has now been going on for since June 3rd.

Service from boutique 1 was excellent
Service from boutique 1 was excellent. Customs/DHL in UK tried to charge import tax but it was sent as duty paid by boutique 1 so after a bit of toing and froing all was sorted as no payment was due. I would definitely use this firm again.
