Just shocking service
Just shocking service. "same day delivery' never arrived on the day. Return request ignored, so I sent the dress back at my own expense (city couriers). My refund took forever to be processed, then I opened a case with Paypal and Boutique1 told me I had to close it before they would refund me!! I refused and told them the only way to close the case was for them to refund me or I would start a legal case against them. They finally refunded me the next working day.
