DO NOT PURCHASE!! Was promised this product by a certain date. It was a week late. Had to purchase something else as a gift. Tried to return it due to late receipt. They will not pay for return shipment. They had the item now for 16 days and still no refund and they are not responding to email requests for status.
Scam - Avoid
'Product' arrived, ball came off string after first use, on reporting the product as faulty was told to ship it back to the US at my expense. I refused and have been given a UK address again at my expense. I provided them with the UK distance selling regulations:
"The regulations governing distance selling in the UK, which include online purchases, state that in the event that a product is found to be faulty you are able to reject the goods and return them to the seller at the seller's expense"
To which they replied:
Unfortunately, we currently do not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns.
Like others here I believe they know what they are doing, the cost of return is not worth the £20 they are pocketing from unfortunate customers.

I ordered 2 five packs and paid 19.99 for 2 day shipping for Christmas gifts because I wanted the gifts on time. Shipping was free if I wasn’t worried about when it got there. It arrived after Christmas. Box Bollen blamed UPS and UPS said I’m sorry and to contact Box Bollen. If you order take advantage of the free shipping and make Box Bollen pay for it.

the product hasn't arrived and they REFUSE to provide a refund - they've sent out the product 4 times now they reckons yet won't provide a tracking number or tell me who they use as a delivery partner. I wouldn't waste your time
46 days and 37 e-mails to get a refund
I ordered a Boxbollen on Dec 20th, unfortunately Evri mislaid the parcel and I didn't receive it. This isn't Boxbollen's fault though, aside from a poor choice of logistics provider. What's followed this has become a farce.
It has taken 46 days and 37 e-mails to finally receive my refund. It has been genuinely the worst customer service experience of my life, there's absolutely no care or attention paid to read the previous conversation or get themselves up to speed. It's a genuine, repeated and dedicated effort to make you give up.
I'm sure the product itself is fine, but god help you if you need to speak to them about anything. I'd be embarrassed if i managed a team like this.
Shocking company
Ordered on the 6th December for a Christmas present. Nothing arrived. A week and a half later I asked them again to no reply. I then emailed again asking for a refund because Christmas had passed and I didn't need the item anymore. Only then did they get in touch with me to say they would send another one. Emailed again requesting a refund and surprise surprise they went blank again. They've taken my money, not delivered anything and aren't responding. Don't trust this awful company.

If I could give zero stars I would. 7 weeks have passed and still no order, it was supposed to be a family Christmas competition, as we had collectively seen it advertised by a trusted person.
Boxbollen give you empty offers of an extra unit and free app, which never materialise. The "customer service" is scripted response and their tracking number is bogus. Currently sourcing ways to get the money back.
Please steer clear of this company, use Amazon at least you're guaranteed to get your money back.

Ordered this game as a Christmas gift for a family member. The box arrived not only damaged but completely ripped down one side, it was so bad I had to tape it together and it looked awful.
I complained to the Boxbollen customer service team who simply said "The box is designed as a protective cover to keep the actual product inside safe. Inside the box, you'll find a pouch (small bag) to store the product for regular use. Unfortunately, we cannot replace an item solely based on broken packaging. Thank you for your understanding!"
The team not only sent out a damaged box at Christmas time but they also provided awful customer service. I will not be buying from Boxbollen again and will encourage friends and family not to either! Perhaps they could improve their QA system before they lose all of their customers!

Please don’t waste your money on this product! It’s literally a ball on a string and the app actually records the noise not the punch so it doesn’t even work really. Shipping was extremely slow. It was supposed to be 48 hour delivery but it took over a week to arrive. It’s a massive rip off for what you get and when you try to return the return address is California! They know exactly what they’re doing. Basically it’s not worth returning because the postage cost is higher than the refund. Just a con start to finish.

Do not trust this appalling Company. Returned two items on 12 December 24 for a refund. Paid £50.97. After 6 weeks and numerous emails received a refund of £13.98. Their returns policy is a total rip off.
Did not deliver as promised.
I ordered 4 for Christmas. It was free shipping for standard shipping, but, I wanted to be sure it arrived for Christmas, so paid $19.99 for shipping as advertised on BoxBollen website to guarantee delivery by Christmas. It arrived 3 days after Christmas. I contacted BoxBollen and ask to have shipping refunded and they said “sorry, nothing we can do, glad you understand”. Heck no I don’t understand!

They failed to deliver my order before xmas even though I paid a small fortune for fast delivery.
They will not refund the extra delivery cost and will not give a reason why they can't except to blame the courier. I contacted Parcel Force and they told me they never received the goods for delivery. Do not use this company because they won't take any responsibility for their mistakes.
Refunds
You get screwed with their "Refund Policy". Restocking fee is per item in the set, even though it was sold as a SET. I barely got back half of what I paid for the set.

If I could give zero I would, Royal Mail returned my item to sender didn’t even attempt delivery, now still not received a refund. No reply to any emails messages anything. On refund policy says they will charge a £10 admiration fee for returns as well as deduct the £6 postage so an item that was £25 you’d get £9! That’s not right.
I didn’t do anything and my parcel got returned to sender.
How do I get a refund?
Avoid this company. Love how they probably contact all the celebrities to get the videos yet can’t reply to refund emails or messages.
Now out of pocket as are many that have brought from this company, you’ve only got to look at Facebook commments.
