They will re-edit anything. They did not know what objects to take out and I was unable to check my email, so to my amazement they called me! They called to ask what I needed edited. They have great customer service.

BoxBrownie did an incredible job virtually staging a home I am selling. I'm sure the addition of the virtual photos will result in more potential buyers looking and the home. The chat feature is great. Not a bot but a really person who really helped me out. Also, they were fast! I received my virtually staged photos the next day. I wanted some changes made to one of the photos and they gladly made the changes for free and delivered the next day. I will definitely be using this service again.

I submitted 5 images for enhancements. After a quick rework of the 2 virtual renovations, all came back looking great. Turnaround time for all was just a few hours. I appreciate the willingness to "get it right," after asking for a few tweaks.
