Very good customer service, I highly recommend

I've never written a review before, but I felt I had to for this, because I myself came to look for reviews when deciding whether to use Boxship. Absolutley fantastic service, could not recommend more! Everything went super smoothly, was very quick, and their communication was brilliant too.

Great service and a pleasure to work with! I was having trouble getting parcels from France to the Netherlands, but Boxship France went above and beyond to find a solution.

They handled the collection and sending of my items perfectly, making the whole process stress-free. I really appreciated their quick responses and helpful attitude throughout. I’ll definitely be using them again

Tamara & co did an absolutely fantastic job of picking up 8 large items from IKEA and shipped them in three heavy boxes to me across Europe. All at a price that’s more than reasonable.
Plus they maintained great and professional communication throughout. Their service is great for anyone who used frenchforwarders before and is looking for a new forwarder.

Unprompted review from a happy buyer in the UK! I booked in for one parcel to be forwarded to me - some clothes that weren't being shipped by the manufacturer to the UK ~$150. Super prompt communication from Tamara at boxship, and as soon as I got the notification it landed in France, I had received the export invoice to get over to me in the UK. Kept up to date along the whole way.

Just as a note - I'm completely unaffiliated, I am simply just impressed, and my trust has been earned so want to pass my experience on to any prospective customers! Happy boxshipping.
