It was a trusted experince buying something and having someone else do the shopping for you receive the product and then have them mail it to you. In this time of tariffs it seemed even more expensive I asked for extra packaging and I got just that. Once the shipping tracking was sent I received it my package in perfect condition 2 weeks later. If you have something you absolutely must have in France then you can trust they will get it to you.

France Forward has been great to work with. They aggregated several small packages from different sellers and were able to sent them in one single package onto us. Everything came as described and in trackable shipping so I could keep an eye on the progress from when it left them, until it got to my door, back in America. I’ve used them for more than one shipment and hope to work with them again soon. I literally could not have gotten my items to the U.S. without their help

I was looking for a part for a very old lawnmower and could not find it available anywhere in the US. I however was able to find one available from a seller in France. The seller would not sell it directly to me because of shipping complications (they would not ship to the US). I found France Forward after searching the internet for a company that could assist me! France Forward handled the whole transaction, from purchasing the item (was listed on ebay), having it shipped to me, and then forwarded to the US (the item arrived at my home before Christmas 2025). I was really please with France Forward, as they remained in close communication, the costs were clearly communicated, the payment transaction was secure and they provided me with a tracking number for the item. Best of all, they would respond when I reached out to them by email!

I was concerned about using France Forward, having never used or heard of them, and not knowing if they were a legitimate company, but in the end I was very please. I would recommend FranceForward if you ever need assistance with shipping from France.

I was very impressed by their professionalism in setting everything up! I had reservations about using a service like this, but I’m glad I went with France Forward.

There was a jacket I wished to purchase from a French boutique that doesn’t ship to the US, so I used their personal shopping service and they responded to my inquiry in a timely manner and sent me a photo of the box when it shipped.

It did take a few days to get shipped once they had the garment, but they responded quickly when I asked for an update. Overall a very nice experience and I would use them again.

After 2 weeks, still no response, not via mail and not via WhatsApp.
I wanted to buy a sweater from a French company and needed a local French address, so after reading the positive reviews I thought they’d help me, but instead they just ignored me, cause i see that they’re online the whole time on WhatsApp. Now the sweater is sold out, thanks alot!!

Great service. Had a reship request which seems straightforward, but, we had an issue with customs and they were able to sort it out. They are also pretty responsive too!
