I have found BraForMe to be fine; prompt deliveries,
appropriate communications and good website.
Unfortunately, the bra I recently ordered does not fit well. I don't blame BraForMe for that, as we are all different shapes, and sizes vary between brands. I had this bra in my usual 36F but it was too tight all over, so I ordered 38G which of course is too big.
The bra is Sculptresse, Bliss 10685. I do not reccommend it if you need firm support. The price is ok for what it is.

Waited almost two weeks for dispatch, not what I’d expect from a company trading online.

Absolutely terrible company do not recommend.

I ordered a bra on the 9th April and it was never delivered to me.

The company have used half of the shipping information for my Billing address, combined with half of the information for my shipping address and tried to send the parcel there.

Of course it was never delivered. I tried emailing this company THREE times only to be left with no response. I’m now disputing my payment to hopefully get a refund, with no thanks to this absolutely terrible company.

Don’t waste your money, absolute scam.

Ordered 2 bras but unfortunately one was out of stock. BraForme contacted me straight away by email and I was able to choose another. Both arrived quickly. Good quality and great price. Would have given 5 stars if the original bra I ordered was in stock.

I ordered a swimsuit, a very specific model that is hard to get elsewhere. A few days later I received a message that there was an error and they don't have my size. I can't find a suitable replacement (I don't need a beautiful swimsuit, but a functional one, suitable for active sports and with a cup size H (34-36 H).

Took order and money then week later informed me never ad it even though was showing they did online at time of ordering

I’ve had this bra before so that tells you I love it. In fact so impressed with the Company. I’ve just placed another order.

Braforme has inaccurate stock levels and a very poor communication system with NO telephone number.
I placed an order, after 3 DAYS (!!!) I was emailed to tell me some items were not available - I replied within 4 HOURS to cancel the order.
Braforme dispatched the order anyway☹️ - because, apparently, I did not reply soon enough ??!!****!!
I will update this review with how well Braforme sort out the mess they have created by selling things they don’t have and ignoring their customers communications.

I liked the fast delivery of bras that I normally purchase elsewhere and the fact that they are cheaper is a bonus
