I bought my bra according to the sizing…

I bought my bra according to the sizing charts on the website. The bra that i bought was too big and slack on the cups but ok with extender on the back. Go figure. No luck with bra purchases plus size. More women need to design them.

Don't allow returns from Ireland. Wish I'd known

I was really disappointed to find out too late that BraForMe does not facilitate returns form Ireland. This should be made a lot clearer when purchasing. I'm pleased with the one bra that fits but stuck with the other.

Love the bras but was disappointed when the one I ordered using my discount code was then unavailable. So didn't get my bra and couldn't use the discount code again.

i have had a couple of bras from…

i have had a couple of bras from here i had to send one back and asked for a refund i havnt had a refund as they saying they carnt track the parcel they asked me for proof of purchase so i sent the back details tobe told they meant they wanted the courier details i sent it back by Royal mail put had misplaced the details they wont refund me till i can get proof i went to the post office but they carnt help so i wont be buying from them again

Dishonest refund policy

Dishonest refund policy: from the information shared on the site regarding refund policy it is not obvious that a return outside the UK and US is not accepted. Why deliver outside those two markets if a return is not accepted later? Or why not make everyone ever during the ordering process that this is the case?
I feel swindled.

Happy Customer

I got in touch with Braforme customer services as I hadn’t received a refund after returning goods and Poppy and Ruby part of their efficient team went into action and within a few hours had a refund organised. I understand this is a small company that are working very hard and deserve to do well.

Disappointing customer service experience.

I really wish it wasn't such a negative review as all the items I've had from BFM have been excellent.
Unfortunately, its the delivery experience that let's the company down. I have reached out to the customer care team about a missing order, paid for on March 10th. I was told it would be delivered but Royal Mail were experiencing delays. I have been asked to wait until March 28th before BFM could investigate.
At first I was resigned to that, but then another item from BFM (ordered a week after the missing parcel) was delivered by Royal Mail, so I queried the the so called "delays" they were experiencing. I was told that wasn't true and that I should get back in touch with the sender. I did that and got a vague reply that didn't help at all.
I'm so disappointed as I wasn't expecting this kind of customer service experience.

We understand that the delays you experienced with Royal Mail have caused frustration and contributed to your disappointment.

We recommend sharing feedback directly on Royal Mail’s review page, as this will help other customers gain a more accurate picture of their service.

Unfortunately, Royal Mail require 10 working days before they can investigate because of any unexpected delays, which are beyond our control. Currently, select areas of the UK are experiencing delays for a variety of reasons. While your local area may not be affected, parcels are processed and transferred through multiple regions, some of which have been impacted. Because your orders were placed at different times, not all were affected by these delays.

At no point have we refused to assist you. We are happy to help by tracking your parcel, arranging a replacement, or issuing a refund. However, we must first allow Royal Mail the full 10 working days, as in the vast majority of cases the parcel is delivered before this period ends.

If you have not received your parcel after 10 working days, please contact us and we will gladly assist further. Raising an investigation before this time would prevent Royal Mail from providing support.
