Brainly has been really helpful for me when I get stuck on homework. I like that I can search a question and usually find explanations from other students or tutors that actually show how to solve the problem, not just the answer. It’s a simple and useful tool for studying.

This app is so helpful for studying! I honestly don’t know how I would’ve studied for my tests this week without Brainly. Whenever I’m stuck on a problem it helps provides step by step explanations that’s way easier to digest.

I signed up for brainly free trial and during when the trial was about to finish I was very sick so wasn't checking my emails. As I was charged I cancelled and have not used the subscription at all. I contacted brainly customer service and same response again no refund policy. Nor did they consider my situation into account or try to reach resolution. The worst customer service. As it was my first time and I had a genuine reason they treat customers so badly. They charged me $60 dollars . They refuse to offer a refund or even a partial refund since it was a yearly charge . DO NOT RECOMMEND and DO NOT USE.

Horrible experience, lawsuit needs to created for these scammers.

Let me start by saying that I had the free version of Brainly and that was almost a year ago and last night at 2 AM. They charged me $96 for the Brainly tutor that I never signed up for the and their just was that they have sent me an email reminding me of a sub subscription which again for the second time I never signed up for! This is insane. How can I just scam people?

I am taking a college bookkeeping course. Brainly had no useful answers to any question I asked. I tried the free trial but was not able to ask question because I didn't have enough points. Back to Quizlet.

I love the community feature on the app and I used to use Brainly when I was a kid so it’s nice to use an app I trust because it has always been very factual.

Brainly was a wonderful tool to help me understand certain homework aspects I had trouble on! If it wasn’t for this AI platform, I would’ve had trouble understanding concepts for business calculus & physics, and I wouldn’t have done as great in my classes. However, I can easily say that this platform helped me get on the road to achieve all As this semester! 😊
