so some people are saying it's so bad but it really helped me with catching up on work and stuff like that i've been using it ever since it like came out and my grades have really improved but this doesn't mean i'm trying to like convince you or somethin' to use Gauth, it just was really helpful to me and it's honestly your choice if you want to use it or not, but it's pretty damn awesome

I was charged 11.99 USD every month for more than two years even though I repeatedly tried to cancel my subscription to a total of $324. Every time I attempted to cancel on the app or website, I got a network exception error, making it impossible to stop the charges. I lost 323.73 USD in total because their cancellation system does not work. Their instructions send you in circles, and nothing actually allows you to cancel. Apple directs you to the developer, and the developer provides steps that still do not work. This behavior violates basic consumer protection laws and the standard policies expected from legitimate subscription services. I am filing a dispute with my bank and will report this to the appropriate agencies if not resolved. I strongly advise avoiding this service and never, ever entering your payment information.

Gauth AI is horrible. It almost always gives the wrong answers then REFUSES to change its answer even if you tell them what the right answer is. The only way for them to change your answer is if you restart the chat and take another picture but block out the answer choice they keep choosing. Plus, it sometimes contradicts itself and the way it teaches/explains things is way too confusing. This happens everytime I use it, and mind you, I've been using it for about a year now I'd assume.

Your free version really sucks you let people take pictures as much as they need on phone but not on laptop that's inconsistent it's a scam when it works its good though

Gauth AI is horribly inaccurate. Today I didn't understand my homework and I took a pic of it so it can give me a simple way to understand it and it got so many wrong when I submitted it. It may have the answer right some times, but also it is completely disapointing that you have to pay to have a better learning experience. I suggest you don't use Gauth AI for any kind of assignment.

Link does not work, maybe used once during trial, and have spent over 6 months and almost $100 later still dealing with changes and cancellation attempts. I can't even say if the actual product works! Stay AWAY

Verys useful for sparx in particular because it has access to the majority of the questions so can basically guarantee it's right. And I just use it to explain because the videos on sparx are useless, and i also use it if i get the answer wrong because it doesn't tell me the right answer - so very useful overall.

it was horrible I tried to get the answer but it wanted me to pay and I got a 0 because of it and it is so money hungry I recomend not to use it it is the most horrible things ever

I love Gauth. Gauth is so helpful when my parents can't help me on my homework. It give the explanation as to how they got the answer and the answer! If I don't understand it I ask ask a question and it elaborates it. It is super easy to! Just submit a picture of the problem and then there is no problem! Love it!

They are scammers. Dont put your card on it

ITS A SCAM, DO NOT USE OR PAY FOR IT YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!!

They (one individual Chinese scammer working alone) offering a package of £24.99 with a 3 day free trial to intice you in. Reality is they just ask you for your credit card details & take your money without even subscribing you so you don't even get a email. PAYMENT WAS TAKEN OUT ON 1ST DAY OF TRIAL, i cancelled on that first day but received no email's in regards to registration or cancellation for over 3days thereafter got an auto reply which amounted to nothing.

Loads of people have the same problem, check all reviews. Bank has now been authorised to make a reverse transaction so i get my money back.

Due stelle come valore medio fra 5 stelle per la qualità del servizio offerto e 1 stella per la trappola tariffaria e la scarsa trasparenza. Dopo alcune interrogazioni mi viene proposto l'acquisto per poter proseguire. Le opzioni sembrano chiare: primi 3 giorni gratuiti poi scelta abbonamento per 3 mesi, 6 mesi, 1 anno. Scelgo tre mesi ma nella mail di conferma risulta aver acquistato un abbonamento per 1 anno con tacito rinnovo. I 3, 6 e 12 mesi si riferiscono alla modalità di pagamento rateale. Spero non sia intenzionale questa scarsissima trasparenza e che dipenda, voglio pensare, da una traduzione imprecisa. Garantisco che nel momento della scelta, da nessuna parte ho visto che stavo comprando abbonamento per 1 anno. Così non va proprio bene. Intanto ho annullato il pagamento automatico ogni tre mesi sul mio Paypal. Peccato, perchè il servizio mi è stato molto utile.

Was working good, until they got greedy. Now you have to pay to get the answer for more than 3 questions. And sometimes the answer isnt even clear so you have no clue where to look

For some reason it seems like the AI has gotten dumb. It used to work like magic, but now its just disappointing. Giving me Math equations to a History question, Science Answers to a Spanish test. Very strange
