Quick international delivery and product is very nice.
The only thing I would have liked them to include (even at an additional cost) would be ways to measure quantity or some sort of measured dispenser. Currently I am resorting to plastic syringes and that’s wastage and also cumbersome and I am always worried the bottle will tip over.

Had trouble ordering online. Called in the next day and the representative was wonderful - helped me figure out what went wrong, took my order over the phone, and got the order pushed out the door ahead of time for my trouble. Order arrived in excellent condition - well packed to avoid breakage of the essential oil bottles. Thank you for a 5-star experience! I will be back to order again!

Very disappointed in customer service and business practice.
Short version: very disappointed in customer service and business practice. The products I received were ok, but not the quality I would have preferred. The packaging was just a couple plastic bags. Before I ordered from them I imagined a better company than I experienced.
Long version: Before I ever received my order I was greatly displeased by Bramble Berry's shipping address page, and then their customer service. Somehow one digit was wrong on my street address, and I caught it when I got the auto-confirmation email. Immediately I tried to contact them, to no avail. I tried repeatedly to even simply change the address on my account in their website and it was reverted every time. It took days for them to reply that they couldn't do anything about it because a label had been created.
I managed to contact my neighbor and they were kind enough to let me retrieve the package when it finally did arrive, nearly 2 weeks after my order.
Will never use this company again.
