I live near their warehouse and emailed to see if I could do a pick up. Even though they don't offer that as an option, they got my order out the next day and I was making soap they days after that!

The fragrance oils are always top quality and the packaging is generally really good. The one glitch is with the collection packaging. More often than not, the inner cardboard lining to hold the bottles in place isn't sufficient (or sufficiently attached) and they roll around. Fortunately, I haven't had one break yet.
An unpacking suggestion: It could be helpful to have a note in the box to let the customer know to look in ALL of the packing papers. Some of those little trial-sized bottles can be tricky to locate. :)
Overall, shipping cost and time is reasonable.

We also appreciate your helpful idea to add a note reminding customers to search through all packing materials for smaller sample items. Suggestions like yours help us refine our shipping processes.
Watch out for mismatched bottle sizes
I purchased 3 essential oils, 2 of which were described in fluid ounces and the other was described in milliliters. The size of all essential oils should be consistent - pick a unit of measurement, either ounces or milliliters, but it all needs to be consistent.
For the 1 oil sized in milliliters, the quantity I received was TINY, and it too expensive for what it was. If I had better understood the size, there is no way I would have bought it. It's basically several drops. A complete waste of money.

Everything was packed and shipped as expected, however, a couple of the bottles of oil leaked and one of the fragrance oils leaked. Nothing serious, but made unboxing a little messy. I think all of the product was there and the quality was superior. I can't wait to see my business grow using Bramble Berry as my supplier.

Buyer of different Products
I’m a frequent buyer of different products from Brambleberry. I like their products very much. I also watch their YouTube channel and have made several of the soap recipes. I have one complaint though the writing on the labels fade. I always have to use a Black Sharpie to write on the labels before the name of the product disappears.
