I loved working with Branded Promo. I got to talk with an actual representative, and he guided me through the whole process. I didn't have to browse a website with millions of options. I showed Jamalle what I wanted, and he made it happen. I would recommend!

I reached out regarding a polarized tester card I needed for a sunglasses display and the experience was excellent from start to finish. There was a lot of back-and-forth due to my customer making multiple changes but Tim was incredibly professional, patient, and responsive the entire time. He helped guide the project through every revision, providing all the requested info, answering all the questions and arranging samples as needed.

Thanks to his support, we were able to finalize the project exactly as needed. truly appreciate his dedication, it was an absolutely amazing experience.

My overall experience was excellent. Leo was very helpful and patient with me. This was my first time ordering, but it will not be my last. Jamalle Connolly had fantastic customer service & care. I had a minor issue with my payment not going through, and he was very patient and helped me along the way. I have now used Branded promo a few times for marketing items and giveaways, and have been pleased with the quality received!
