I had an excellent experience with Branded Promo, thanks to Ollie McCarthy. He delivered exactly what I was looking for and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Ollie was incredibly responsive—answering all of my emails quickly, with both kindness and professionalism.

I contacted Branded Promo after another vender was unable to fulfill our order last minute. I spoke with Rio and right away he made my situation a top priority of his. I got him the information he needed and within 24hrs I had a mockup of what I needed. I was able to place my order, and it is now in process, in less than 48hrs Rio is saving my event gift.
Rio was kind, courteous and diligent about making sure I was able to get what I needed in a timely manner. I will recommend not only Branded Promo to everyone I know but Rio as well!

Direct Contact with Tim, emails updates was a plus especially with time difference, real life photos and videos for mock-up approval, secured payment link, and great communication.
I am yet to receive the product, but will definitely provide another update.

School sweatbands were GREAT!! I received many quotes from companies to produce our school mascot sweatbands that would be given to all of our students that READ for a week! They by far were the cheapest but also love the design and quality! Plus they arrived early - Thanks Rio

We are opening up a brand new museum that includes a gift shop & wanted to find a place where we could buy a majority of our merchandise from; Branded Promo was that company for us. Our account manager, Jamalle Connolly, made this process a breeze from the beginning to the end. His attention to detail & communication is what stood out most to us. If there was a color out of stock, he worked hard to find another vendor that had something similar in quality and color. Jamalle never made us feel bad for changing designs or asking for the smallest details to be changed. He was thorough & professional. The process was fine, but the product is terrible. I made mention of my concerns during the confirmation process and was told that it was a sample. When the product arrived it looked just like the sample. We wanted bandanas and got silky scarves that are very small.

Rio Smith was excellent to work with. I can't wait to see the final product to arrive

They will not sell less than the required minium of moon stress balls. I sent them quote, and they said no, and I must order 150. I will not do business with this greedy company.

My account manager is Leo. He is amazing. He worked with me from beginning to end. He knows his products. He had my item branded the way I wanted. I asked to change a few things and he made that happen. Received the product today and I was very impressed. Didn't realize that the neck pillow I ordered came in a case. The product is great quality. The process was extremely quick, and I received it before the deadline I gave them. I will use them for future swag that I may need. I ordered a neck pillow, and it was a lot cheaper than the ones you buy in the store or at the airport and quality was just as nice or better.
