Branded Promo Reviews

I worked with Nick J on ordering some personalized tote bags- and they exceeded my expectations! First, Nick is amazing! There was a bit of back and forth on making these bags perfect and Nick was patient, understanding, and so great to work with from start to finish. He totally helped the vision come to life and got us the bags on time with a short delivery window. The bags were a huge hit- we sold out the first night and had people coming back everyday for more! Thanks Nick for everything!!!

Customer Service and communication was great working with Rio at Branded Promo. He was able to help facilitate a quick turn order for my customer.

Very satisfied with our logo squishies. Tim was very prompt, honest and helpful. So refreshing to have an actual person answering our questions! Shipping was quick and easy.

Branded Promo provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. Their efficiency, responsiveness, and quick turnaround made ordering simple and seamless. We highly recommend Branded Promo for their professionalism and exceptional service.

Rio jumped right on my request and processed it in time for my event.

Easy to stay in touch and get questions answered, product mockups were accurate to what was received. Great price on everything and we will go through our rep with Branded Promo again in the future if we have other product needs like this. Tim Turner was a great help

A colleague did a quick google search and located Branded Promo. I was hesitant about working with them in the beginning. I was unfamiliar with Branded Promo and concerned it could be a scam. I reached out and Nick was prompt with his response. I called at one point, more so to get a feel for Nick via his voice and phone etiquette. Nick was great! Given the short window of opportunity to obtain our product, the process was so smooth. Nick was quick to understand our need and delivered! The product was perfect! I look forward to the next opportunity. Branded Promo has moved to the top of my list of vendors.

We've had a great experience working with Branded Promo. Their customer service is excellent, the product quality has consistently met our expectations, and the ordering process couldn't be easier. I simply email our account manager with what I'm looking for, and they quickly send over product options and samples, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Branded Promo to anyone looking for quality promotional products and outstanding service.

Branded Promo is an excellent company to work with. I placed two orders, one for visors and one for lip balm. Both were of the highest quality, were exactly what we wanted, and arrived on time as promised. Tim was very helpful with the entire process.

Jamalle has been a great contact both personal & professional while super speedy and efficient with his replies.
We didn’t get much of a timeline due to our last minute creativity but Branded promo was able to make it happen within a 4 week order time. We are very happy with our funnels that we made for marketing throughout “CHRISTMAS IN JULY”

Tim Turner has been great to work with! He has been extremely helpful in getting all promotional product needs met.

We had a great experience with Branded Promo. We ordered custom water bottles and tech bags, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The products arrived on time, were high quality, and looked exactly as expected. Nick was helpful and easy to work with throughout the ordering process. We were very pleased with the final products and would gladly use Branded Promo again for future promotional items.

We love our zipper pulls! Nick was very helpful and easy to work with from start to finish. The process to upload our custom artwork was simple and I was able to make changes easily during the review process. The product was delivered in great condition and in a timely manner. Will definitely reorder when our supply is low!

Nick J helped us with a bulk order of branded diffusers - he was extremely responsive and communicative and we received the product just in time without any issues! Excited to keep working with Nick for future company swag/gifts! Such a pleasure to work with!

This was the first time using Branded Promo and Nick J. answered all my questions and walked me through the prosess. It was easy. We bought some branded solar cell batteries for a promo and everyone loved them.
