I work for Verdadero Tequila, and Nick has been incredible to work with. We recently trusted him with a pretty complicated merch order that had a lot of moving pieces, and he made the entire process feel easy and manageable from start to finish.

He is also one of the most available and responsive vendors we work with. I have a call with him almost every week, and he is always willing to talk through ideas, answer questions, troubleshoot, or help us figure out the best solution. It really feels like he cares about getting things right for us, not just completing an order.

We’ve been so happy with everything we’ve worked on with Nick and have a lot of trust in him and his team. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a merch partner who is reliable, thoughtful, and genuinely great to work with.

Enjoyed very much working with Branded Promo on some promotional items for my business. They were so easy to work with, and very communicative. They suggested a couple changes that were really great, and made the ordering process a breeze. Their prices are reasonable, and I will definitely be using them for future business promotional items. There are so many companies out there that do the same things, with the same items, but I found Branded Promo actually had a few items that were more unique then the other competitors with better prices. So if you are confused which company to use for your company marketing endeavors, just go with Branded Promo. You will be glad you did.

Absolutely no way all those reviews are legit. I attempted twice to buy some branded lanyards for my company. First try, I ordered 150, as was an option for that specific lanyard on their website. Paraphrased Sr Account Mgr response: you have to order at least 150. I jokingly said you must be with revenue prevention because that is the exact qty I ordered. Writes back, that was a type and it should have been 250. No problem, I went to their website and found another lanyard that had qty options of 50 and 100, and requested a quote for 100 of those. Paraphrased Sr Account Mgr response: Those are provided by the same manufacturer so you have to order 250. You see what I'm looking for and you see the qty I need - how about a little help maybe finding a product that meets my needs... Or maybe act like a sales person and ask if there is some other product that would work. But good god man - how successful is that company that you can just so easily turn away paying customers??!!

Fantastic items, shipped quickly!

Rio was very responsive to requested changes for the Custom Laguiole French Wooden Waiters Corkscrew with Giftbox. I would have preferred to upload my own artwork, but we got what we needed, on time, and the quality was as expected.

I highly recommend Tim Turner with Branded Promo! He was absolutely awesome to work with. He helped me with my mini fans for my event, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish.

Tim was professional, responsive, patient, and made sure everything turned out exactly the way I wanted. His customer service was outstanding, and he truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the final product.

I ordered custom pour spouts for an event. I submitted art and the proof didn't look great due to the colors in my logo. I asked to change a color and the team handled it and sent a proof right away. The next proof was great and the items just arrived yesterday and are exactly what I wanted. And, they arrived in plenty of time for my event next week. Very happy with the entire process.
