Created items just as I requested. I am well pleased with the items. Packages were fully secured. Responded quickly to inquiries. The processing time is lengthy for items but that was disclosed from the start.

We worked with RJ from Branded Promo and the experience was great! The process was swift but not rushed and there was clear communication on order quantities, colors, graphics, and product approvals from him the entire time. He was very patient and receptive to all changes/adjustment made and prompt in his responses which made the process very easy.

Photos and videos were quickly sent for final approval, and all the products look exactly like the mockup. The turnaround time was quicker than expected, with us receiving our items in just a few weeks and well before the delivery date. The products we ordered are great quality and everyone that received one has loved it.
