*Edit: the ‘threatening our team’ the company is mentioning in their response here is basically their bots saying the same thing over and over, without explaining why they have withheld a large amount of your money threatening not to give it back as promised because of some random made up rule since what they are doing is shady. Mind you, this is after Amazon’s 30 day return policy, thereby jeopardizing your Amazon account if you try to return the item after realizing these guys aren’t going to give you your money back. Brands reading this: encouraging you not to partner with these scammers.*

This is a big scam company. They encourage you to buy things off amazon for refunds, but then they hold back your money until you have to get consumer protection involved to get your money back. They use bots to communicate that do not tell you what is going wrong with your account but they will hold back $200 of your money until you 'comply' whatever that means. Pretty sure they're running a giant scam.

Been using Brandexpand for a few months. I have been struggling with my products being stuck on the 4th or 5th page of amazon/walmart results, however, after using their service this has changed. While the upfront cost is significant, all of my stores products have moved to the first or second page of search results, and my initial investment has more than paid off. Highly recommend.

I've been working with Brand Expand for more than a month now. Already completed 4 campaigns, much more to come during this Q4. If you know how to structure your campaigns, success is almost guaranteed. Also learning best practices on how to use the platform is important in getting the expected results. I think Brand Expand has a pretty good team, continuously working on improving the platform.

3. Be prepared to spend a good chunk of money, the launch phase is EVERYTHING in this business and you only get one shot at it. Again follow step 2 and they will tell you what to spend. (Gonna have to trust me on this one.)
