I would not recommend. Waste of time and money. Has been 4 months and couldn't even give me one review. They just blame amazon and do nothing about.

Panda Boom never delivered. They charged me for 35 units for 35 reviews and blogs. They delivered nothing since last February. I have followed up monthly and recently management wrote me back and said they would not refund my money. They blame Amazon. It is bait and switch. As an author looking for honest reviews, I put my trust in them and they did not meet any expectation and would not make it right. I do not recommend any author use this service.

Please stay far away from them!! I paid over $1,000 for their review blast services. After paying for their service, my sales dropped across my whole amazon storefront which has never happened in the past, the sales are almost nonexistent. Prior to paying for their service sales were great and they informed me that they're compliant with Amazons TOS but that is questionable now. I expressed my concerns with them and they completely ignored my messages. I then made a dispute with PayPal for a refund, once they saw the disputes they messaged me immediately and demanded I cancel the disputes. They threatened to have my amazon store shutdown within 24 hours if I do not cancel the disputes!! This is ridiculous and by far the worst experience I've ever encountered doing business with an online "agency". I have screenshots of their threats and our full conversation. I was speaking to a person named "Joshua" but I don't know if I believe that person's name to be real. Please stay far away from panda boom and all other websites like it. I wish I never trusted them... Update: now they are trying to take down this review and saying I’m “scamming” them when they’re the ones that took over $1000 from me for services that they did not provide. Crazy that I paid $1000+ for them to only end up threatening to ban me from Amazon seller account by submitted false reports.
