So far so good, Samuel communicated well, and all documents sent/ received when expected. My items aren’t yet in storage but I have proceeded to book storage and removal

The company was started when a gap in the market was seen and as there were very few self storage providers in the surrounding areas of Hampshire. This man is a cowboy he doesn’t care about you or your belongings
I was two weeks late on my rent so he decided to sell all my stuff on his Facebook page along with my personal information family photos that by law he had to remove
I’ve posted this before but he got it removed after a lovely phone call say he was going to do me for slander because he’s got more money than me
It’s freedom of speech specially when you’re telling the truth

We would like to remind anyone reading this that there are 2 sides to every story.
The reason 2 reviews from the same customer have been removed in the past is becasue they weren't factual or based on a genuine experience.
We have done everything that we were leaglly entitled to do as a business, due to ongoing late payments for many, many months prior.
As you can see from the many other positive reviews, this isn't a true reflection on our business.
A stress free storage booking…
Jenna was very helpful with finding the best option for my partner's food truck trailer- she showed us around and explained everything in detail as we were very stressed with finding a storage asap. She took the time to explain everything over the phone and in person.
She also amended my contract without any problems to a smaller storage unit- received a quick email confirmation.
Highly recommend the company

Have had excellent service from Brants. Simon in our local office was really helpful and friendly. The two chaps who came to collect our items for storage were also really friendly, very efficient and cheerful as they got on with the job. Great service all round.

I couldn't wish for better service, the guys who collected my stuff for storage were very helpful and considerate. Their packing of my container amazed me.
The off ice staff were also most helpful and generous with their time.

I had a clean and dry and safe storage unit inside the main building that I had 24 hour access to for the duration of my contract. My first experience of using storage and Jenna was helpful and patient when I was deciding what I needed. 100% recommend.

Immaculate storage units, effortless to arrange. Would highly recommend!
We were moving out of our office and rang round to find storage. Timothy at Brant was fantastic. We had the storage organised within minutes and they came the next week and picked everything up. The units are immaculate and you can go and visit the unit any time you like. Would highly recommend.

Very efficient collection of storage from another removal company. Good rates and excellent communication. Very rare these days that people actually call you back. These guys do everything very well, highly recommended.
