Brant Self Storage Reviews 

I started renting a storage unit with Brant on 30 September 2022. The whole process of booking a unit, adjusting the start date and then moving ‘half a house’ into storage was made as easy as possible by the friendly and flexible staff at the Alton branch. I am still renting the unit and on the several occasions I’ve needed to contact Brant the staff have continued to be friendly, helpful and efficient. Thank you.

Curtious and helpful

Very tidy, clean, secure and accessible storage facility. Easy to park and unload. what more can you ask for. A lot better than my previous storage facility at safestore.

I really needed to store stuff urgently, the storage container and site were easy to use and the staff very helpful and nice to deal with.

24/7 Access
We used Bordon and were able to access our container whenever we wished.
They are very expensive for a flexi contract, so be sure that you know exactly how long you will be needing to store for.

Excellent company to deal with would thoroughly recommend them. Not the cheapest but quality modern container storage. 100% will use them again.

From start to finish my experience was A*. Jenna in the office was amazing answering all of my questions regarding storage and removal services. I used Brant fror a 2 part move and storage in between. The guys used for the removal were professional, friendly and extremely cautious- I knew my goods were in safe hands. The storage unit was perfect for my requirements with 24/7 access. Move day was the same again- a job done perfectly.

Nice clean units, good location with easy access

This was the first time that I needed to find storage and I found Brant Self Storage incredibly helpful from my initial enquiry when I didn't know how much space I would need to my final invoice and clearing out the container. Their prompt and efficient responses and assistance were much appreciated

They trick you into a contract that you believe is fair, then all of a sudden they hike the prices up. At first the deal was £180 every 4 weeks and within 12 months they had made multiple increases that brought the 4weekly bil upto £350. No correct prior notification just an email with offers for referring a friend jam packed with all their services and then in small writing at the bottom "there will be a small increase on your next bill" no indication of how much it will be. the notice never comes with enough time for you to close the agreement without having to make an increased payment. There was no consistency on when the increases would happen or the amount. One point the increased it by £60 every 4 weeks then a couple months later £9.50 then a couple months later £25 and then another £60 a few months after that. I was homeless and nowhere to put my stuff on universal credit, they didn't care on the final increase I rejected it and emptied the container had to sacrifice my deposit and pay someone to hire and drive a van in order to close this contract.

Really easy company to work with...helpful, responsive and the unit I took was new and could not have been more convenient.

I was two weeks late on my rent so he decided to sell all my stuff on his Facebook page along with my personal information family photos that by law he had to remove
I’ve posted this before but he got it removed after a lovely phone call say he was going to do me for slander because he’s got more money than me
It’s freedom of speech specially when you’re telling the truth

Jenna was very helpful with finding the best option for my partner's food truck trailer- she showed us around and explained everything in detail as we were very stressed with finding a storage asap. She took the time to explain everything over the phone and in person.
She also amended my contract without any problems to a smaller storage unit- received a quick email confirmation.

Have had excellent service from Brants. Simon in our local office was really helpful and friendly. The two chaps who came to collect our items for storage were also really friendly, very efficient and cheerful as they got on with the job. Great service all round.

Super helpful and friendly service also the site manager on the Isle of Wight was extremely helpful & welcoming
