Over Braun-Clocks - UK
Geschreven door het bedrijf
Over the last six decades, design has become a core pillar of the Braun brand. The values of quality, functionality, clarity, longevity and timelessness have been integrated into an enduring design philosophy. Braun users identify with these values; for them, Braun watches, Braun clocks, and Braun calculators are long-term companions. In an age of prosperity and saturation, the benefit of fewer, better products has become self-evident.
As Braun sets out to create desirable, innovative products, their gaze looks forward into the future, whilst the design principles they use to achieve consistency, simplicity and clarity are firmly rooted in the brand’s unique design legacy.
Through the productions processes in the Prestige collection, where the BN0095 has been crafted from a single block of stainless steel, to the use of materials for the Full Ceramic Watch, innovation remains a central focus on the Braun brand.
There are few better examples of these enduring design principles than Braun timepieces. These watches, clocks, and calculators have been created as collections of engaging simplicity, where less becomes so much more.

good service, shipping costs need to be clearer
shipping could've been clearer as it doesn't give even a ballpark figure until checkout, but once sent I got verification and it arrived promptly. the discount only really negated the shipping cost but overall fine service.

Looking at the clock I was hoping I would be able to see it during the day-it’s not even visible at night with all the lights off.

The BC16BEU low alarm loudness
The BC16BEU is a great design and expensive alarm clock. However, the loudness of the alarm is so low (compared to several other brands) that it makes it a joke. And that's the point, a alarm clock's main job is to wake you up... This one doesn't!

Many thanks for your message, and we are sorry to hear that you found the alarm tone not loud enough for your needs. This is not something that has been reported by other users. Please note that the alarm tone and sound are pre-set and operate in a crescendo pattern.
We kindly request you to email our technical support team at technical@braun-clocks.com ,who will be able to assist you with handling a return or arranging an exchange accordingly.

Overpriced, poorly-made, can't be serviced
I paid $300 for a BN0211 watch that stopped working within 7-8 months. In order for it to be repaired or have the battery replaced, I have to ship it back to the UK, which costs at least $125. This is an overpriced, poorly-made and poorly-serviced watch. Don't waste your money or time with this. My cheap Timex works better than this thing.
