A Greatly Improved Deal
My existing 'legacy' deal with Brdy was dreadful, both in terms of price and service. However, your staff recognised this, and offered me a hugely improved contract. I'm delighted, and it restored my faith in Brdy as a provider.

I could not get through to customer…
I could not get through to customer service on Monday 25th March @ 09.30. Waited 15 minutes on hold. Not enough call handlers on duty, at an obviously busy period. When I got through @ 4.30pm, dealt with well.

Excellent service from Techical and Sales departments.
I had an equipment problem which Patrick in technical support went to trouble to solve by sending out a replacement part and Sandra in customer support went above and beyond to make an upgrade to new system when it is needed.
Jolly good and thorough help when it was needed.

Upgrade
We have just received an upgraded system which required installation on site including a new router and new components to the dish.
Brdy's partner completed the installation very satisfactorily and then the follow-up and ongoing support from the Brdy technical support team was excellent.
Everything was done according to promised timelines and communication and customer care was paramount throughout.
