The worst prop firm ever they will give discounts so u can purchase of them and once u do ur locked in u ain’t getting a payout nor a refund they will bloc your account and give you shit explanation and also they will remove you if discord I have had a payout denied for no reason and they are the worst at dealing with your issues and brilliant at taking you money.

If i could give 0 stars i would, i have multiple ss of agents deleting my messages when im asking for support have been waiting for assistance for 7 days every time i ask for help or mention whats going on with my ticket my messages keep getting deleted and i get muted for hours and now ive been muted for 7 days and i probably wont have my ticket solved in that time, been given false promises. Would not recommend this firm especially if you run into problems their customer service is the worst , lets hope i get a reply. I have ss of me sending messages in the main chat and them getting deleted and me being muted. edit :(update still havent had a response and it is the 22nd of March issue has been on going for 2 weeks now)

This is my honest review about this firm:

I manage to secure payouts on both of my accounts I had passed and when my payout date comes they reject my payout because.. “Account IP flagged for being in UK and Ireland at the same time (VPN)”.

Now this is complete nonsense I haven’t used any VPN at all and I’ve never been to Ireland at all. Mistakes like this in propfirms can happen, as firms are designed to protect themselves from suspicious accounts and sometimes the innocent trader can get caught up in the mix. Therefore I gave them the benefit of the doubt and reached out to the support team however they were very ignorant and all they kept saying essentially was that risk team is never wrong and decision is final and proof has been provided. When in fact they were totally oblivious to the fact that the proof they showed me clearly showed an ip miss classification because how was I (the log they showed me) at 21:33 using vpn when logging into mt5 then the next second at 21:33:06 it shows me logging out of mt5 with no VPN at all. It clearly doesn’t make sense at all. And that was the only time they could find me using vpn out of all the logs so is clearly an error but because this support staff either isn’t trained properly or are just ignorant they close the case quickly. Overall I don’t recommend this firm at all.
Very very poor support team. Best to go with a reliable firm and pay that extra money

So I done my risk interview with hakeem and we had a chat about how I did

He said your trading style is very simple and clean and you will 100% be paid out ( also saying wallahi)

He even added that if I don’t get it in the time he told me I can mention him in the ticket and he will sort it out !

After risk interview waiting for a month for my money to come as there’s a “back log” and according to them i will be paid out before March 5th 2026

Today March 4th I asked support are we gonna be paid out and then one the admins called Felix who never reads anything came and said ok then breached my account for “trading the same strategy”

I kept asking to elaborate this breach they told me to wait for support ticket

Support ticket doesn’t help at all and mute me across both of my discords and admin block me

That mega headed dwarf kareeem sold breakthrough capital to a bunch of scammers who are now only collecting money and not giving any payouts. I think kareem should also pay once this prop firm inevitably goes under...i give it a couple of weeks. Which business runs a 50% plus bogo for almost 4 months.
They have no money and they are desperate to collect all they can before going down.

Meanwhile kareem is out there now selling courses after selling the firm to scammers.

Absloute joke of a firm i have all evidence about me requesting a Valid payout of £620 and they deneied me and dtdted i was copytrading between a Evaluation and a Live account even though i only had one account with Breakthrough at the time and that was my Live account. Do not trust this firm and even look at payout prrof the last time someone got paid out was weeks ago. They are a Absloute joke, save your money and spend it an another prop firm i suggest someone like ACG.

Please don't trade with these prop firm that have huge discounts, 9 out 10 times they are scammers, I requested 4 payouts from my 4 instant funded account over 2 weeks now and I haven't received any update, when I message them on discord I realized many many person in there discord group are facing the same problem,
Just simple join there discord group and ask how long people take to get payout and then instantly you will see everyone complaining that they don't receive there payout and they are not communicating with there clients, please don't waste your money with them

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding conflicting information provided by your staff about whether copy trading is permitted between two $100k Instant (live) accounts.

Multiple proof/screenshots of several staff members providing incorrect information available and when questions I was timed out from writing anything within the discord chat for 7 days after catching them out - sly scammers.

Before trading, I sought clarification publicly in your Discord lounge. On multiple occasions different members of staff clearly confirmed that live-to-live copy trading is allowed.

Examples include statements such as:

“Copy trading is allowed between live accounts.”
“You can copy trades from live to live.”
“Yes you can.”

I relied on these confirmations when operating my accounts.

However, I am now being told that this activity is a breach, with support referring back to the strategy allocation terms. This is extremely concerning because:

The guidance from your official representatives directly contradicted this interpretation.

Traders should be able to rely on statements made by staff acting on behalf of the company.

The allocation framework itself has since changed, with the maximum live allocation now increased to $400k, making earlier references to the old limits outdated and even more confusing.

At no stage was I attempting to bypass rules or gain unfair advantage. I followed the direction that was repeatedly and publicly given by your team.

Penalising traders after they acted in good faith on official guidance is unfair and undermines trust.

The moment you become profitable and request a payout, suddenly there are investigations, interviews, and delays that can take 2–3 months. They hide behind “copy trading concerns,” but instead of dealing with specific violations, they hold payouts broadly.

What’s the point of passing an account if you don't get paid.

this is a strategy to make profitable traders give up while keeping losing traders comfortable. A serious prop firm pays traders on time it doesn’t create obstacles once you win.

I’m currently funded with this firm, so I’m speaking from direct experience.

Payout denied and I’m 100% in the right, when the apology statement came out it said 3 max trade per pair rule removed but didn’t say which accounts, on the blitz faq it said it still existed, so I did the most logical thing and ask support, they told me there’s no more 3 max trade per pair rule on blitz accounts bought after Dec 23 (my account is bought after) then my payout got denied because of the 3 max trade pp rule. So it’s either the support team lied to me making my payout get denied or they are telling the truth and the 3 trade pp rule has been removed but they just don’t want to give me my payout. ( I have proof of everything) I made a ticket and it’s on day 4 and they just dont seem to help me.

KareemFx isn’t a trustworthy owner- his team aren’t trustworthy, the staff is very rude, and they deny payouts when you met requirements , wallah I wouldn’t recommend people no matter what other reviews say!

So far 3 payouts from this firm and I'm so happy to chose breakthrough capital the firms provide so much as compared to prices. If you're consistent and do proper risk management then there rules are so easy as compared to other firms. Discord staff so cooperative as well give responses fast.

Ive had a great experience with breakthrough so far, just received my second payout with them. Im satisfied with how they run the firm and deal with problems, i would 100% recommend them.

This has been one of the most frustrating prop-firm experiences I’ve ever had.
I passed Phase 1 and Phase 2 legitimately, followed the rules, traded clean, and even received the official certificate. Then KYC happened: I failed because a VPN was on. I live in Qatar and use VPN only for WhatsApp calls—I simply forgot to turn it off before submitting KYC. I never used a VPN while trading (Phase 1 or 2). No intent, no advantage, just an accident — yet they labeled it a “hard breach” and closed the account. Support was slow and unprofessional throughout.
They later reinstated me, but with ridiculous payout restrictions (including a 15% consistency rule and other impossible conditions).
Then I bought a 10K two-step and passed again. I risked $251 on a 2.5% limit (literally $1 over). Support first said it’s fine and I’d get the account with light restrictions — then they denied the live account and suddenly claimed a news-rule breach, even though that rule didn’t apply to my purchase date. Total inconsistency.
After all this, I left a Trustpilot review. They eventually gave the account. I traded, made around 2% profit, and right when I felt the payout was finally close, my account got blocked. When I asked why, they said the team is aware of the review.
That’s not transparency. That’s not professionalism. That’s punishment for speaking up.
If you value fairness, consistent rule enforcement, and basic respect — be very careful with Breakthrough Capital.
