I have never been pushed to this level of frustration by any company in any industry. What follows is my personal account, but it was so unbelievably bad that I feel genuinely compelled to warn other traders before they go through anything like what I did.

I did everything right.
I followed every rule, every guideline, every requirement.
I passed the evaluation cleanly and legitimately — not by luck, not by loopholes, but by disciplined trading and respecting their parameters.

So when it came time for my well-earned payout, I expected a smooth process. Instead, what I experienced felt like a slow, calculated unraveling of trust.

First, they made me wait two entire weeks. Two weeks of silence, uncertainty, and zero communication. When they finally responded, the “reason” they gave me for denying the payout felt completely disconnected from reality — and in my experience, it wasn’t listed anywhere in their rules or FAQ.

I reached out politely to clarify.
I asked simple, reasonable questions.
I expected transparency.

Instead, they blocked me from their Discord.

No dialogue.
No explanation.
No respect.

Just silence — and a door slammed in my face.

Then, unbelievably, they gave me a different excuse afterward. A completely new, unrelated reason that — again, in my experience — wasn’t listed anywhere, wasn’t consistent with their own rules, and didn’t match anything I had actually done. At that point, it felt like they were scrambling for any justification, no matter how contradictory or unsupported.

The emotional impact of this was huge.
You put in the work. You trust the process. You earn your payout. And then you watch the entire system collapse into a maze of delays, shifting explanations, and a support team that cuts off communication the moment you ask for answers.

In my personal opinion, this firm demonstrated:
• A shocking lack of integrity
• Unprofessional and evasive communication
• Zero accountability when challenged
• Rules that seemed to shift the moment money was on the line

My entire experience felt like being punished for doing everything correctly.

If you value fairness, transparency, or even basic respect as a trader, I urge you — with absolute seriousness — to reconsider before trusting this company with your time, your skill, or your money.
My experience left me stunned, disappointed, and completely unwilling to ever engage with them again.

I have already received multiple payouts from this firm, and I have documented my entire journey on TikTok (aaa.fx) , maintaining full transparency throughout. While I have encountered a few issues along the way, the team has always resolved them promptly. I am currently experiencing an issue at this time, but I am confident the team will resolve it as well.
