The owner publicly shamed me when I shared a card I like.
Interestingly, his tone has now changed to become exceedingly polite after I brought it up on Trustpilot.
My experience as a repeat customer has been soured. I'll avoid this business from now on.

Hi John,
We’re not entirely sure whether we have ever publicly shamed anyone for a card they like or collect. We do, however, remember an incident earlier this week in our public Discord where someone was talking about having purchased a large quantity of a particular card and then highlighting how much its value had increased.
We personally don’t agree with that sort of behaviour and responded with a GIF saying “boring”. However, there was no intention of publicly shaming or attacking the individual. It was simply us expressing our personal opinion, which we believe we are entitled to do.
