Great help from staff

The products, but I had difficulties with placing my oder, the platform is not user friendly.

To be honest for the past couple months, I have been using this facial wash and it has been working great I have seen big difference since and my face has been feeling a lot smoother. Keep up doing the great work guys and may God bless y’all

Brickell has great natural products for men. Easy to use. Affordable upscale products from body wash to retinol cream to acne products. I have purchased several products from this company and all of them were satisfactory! This is a great company. They put out great products with not a lot of ingredients. The website has easy to understand articles that help you pick the right products you need. Great for gifting or for the guy who wants to look great without a ton of fuss. A one stop shop for the modern man who wants great skin and hair!

I've always been the type that didn't take care of my face with creams, serums or moisturizers. Just wahed face and that was it. As I started getting closer to 40 yrs old and am now 43. I started paying close attention to my parent's more and how their lack of daily face care looked. I know we all get old and succumb to wrinkles, dark circles and the spots. But, doing something is better then nothing at all. So, I started looking up different products. With my search finally settling on Brickell. I signed up for the sample kit. It was only a matter for a few days to a few weeks where I seen results. I couldn't beleive the difference. I was like, wow. This stuff really works! So, now a ya later. It really looks great! I've bought from Brickell as well as Amazom. Jusy recently I received an offer on a promotion. All I had to do was write a review of a product I already purchased on Amazon. Then get a $120 credit. I did and am now waiting for my new products to come in. Please consider me for future promotions please! Thank you.

Started using their products about 8 month ago and have noticed great improvement of my skin.
Daily uv protection helped improving my always sore fore head a lot.

Excellent Daily SPF Moisturizer for Healthy Skin
I started using Brickell's SPF 20 skin care product after my dermatologist recommended I wear sunscreen daily.
Having had basal cell carcinoma removed, protecting my skin is a top priority, and this product is one that I really like a lot

What I like most about it is how good it feels on my face. It doesn't leave a greasy residue or clog my pores, which can be an issue with other sunscreens. I feel like I'm giving my skin the hydration it needs while also protecting it from further sun damage.

Knowing I'm protecting my skin every day while keeping it moisturized and healthy gives me peace of mind. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for an effective, dual-purpose moisturizer with sun protection.

Thus far I have only tried two of the products, a face wash, and after shave. I think both products are fantastic and, despite being labeled as "all natural, these are some of the most effective products in their respective fields. I have just ordered more of the products to try and hope to experience the same result. If you are in the market for a natural, high-quality men's product line I would definitely recommend Brickell

I am very satisfied with the “Brickell (non-parfume) unscented Deodorant” so far it has been keeping me smelling fresh all day.

The products are first rate and inexpensive considering how long they last. I'm old and I love the fresh feeling after using the body wash and shampoo!!

I'm not a big skincare guy. At 61 yrs, I see the wrinkles around my eyes and forehead, the part of my skin that are a little darker than other areas and the dry patches around my ear lobes and nose. Brickell has a great set of solutions. I like that they are all natural. The light scents are just right. I like the daily wash and the daily moisturizer the best, but also using the Vit C serum and the eye cream. A bit on the pricey side, this stuff beats Cera V, Olay, Clinique and Neutrogena (I have tried them all).

I have been using Brickell day and night routine products for 3 months and love them. From the packaging to the quality line up I am hooked.If you have any questions their customer service is superb.
The cost is higher than some other companies , but I order directly from them and use their specials and discounts.

Amazing products, and above and beyond customer support!

Not a skincare routine guy. Soap and water for 59 years. Saw an ad for Brickell on Instagram and thought, ‘why not?’ Glad I did. Excellent product.

I ordered Brickell products for the first time in November, and I was genuinely impressed with the quality. However, the taxes I had to pay were shockingly high, making it feel unworthy for me as I'm located in Thailand.

The next month, I was taken aback when a driver showed up at my home with another set of products that I had not ordered. I promptly rejected the delivery and contacted Brickell via email to inquire why they sent the products and charged my card. I requested a refund since I did not receive the items.

It's been almost a month since then, and I've yet to receive any response, not even an acknowledgment of my email. I'm also trying to cancel my subscription, but there’s been no communication from them—no replies to my emails or messages through their chat box.

I'm left feeling frustrated and cornered—am I now forced to pay Brickell for the rest of my life? My experience has been disappointing, and I highly discourage anyone from subscribing unless they are prepared for potential issues with customer service.

Great products and great customer service. Unfortunately my first order was never delivered, and upon contacting them they immediately sent me another order.

I received the free kit and used it for a stocking stuffer for my husband for Christmas. I wasn’t sure what to expect because he is not too concerned about using any products for his face however, he absolutely loved it so I purchased several of his favorite items. Every few days he it’s amazed on how much better his skin looks in fact, today, he thanked me and told me it was one of the best gifts he’s ever gotten from me. And it’s getting him to wear the 45 SPF sunscreen that his dermatologist recommended. Thanks so much!
