The service received has been absolutely phenomenal. They are always available whenever questions arise and having now working in the industry for 15+ years, it's the closest I've seen to useable LIVE data, which helps tremendously.

Bricks and logic has made my life as a lettings agent a lot easier. The data uploaded gives more accurate valuations as well as helps keep me updated with key areas facing greater price increases. I would definitely recommend.

When I recently sold a South London Flat I met three different agents with a range of opinions on price and viewpoint on the market conditions.

Once I had updated my property record to be accurate I then had independent reference point which helped me and my chosen agent proceed with confidence that we were accurately priced.

The sale price of the property was within 1.6% of the estimated value, despite no sales history on the flat for 27 years. There's no other tool out there that comes close to that level of accuracy.

I felt compelled to speak up in favour of Bricks and Logic as the recent reviews from users haven't understood what the site is attempting to do. At its core it's trying to deliver accruate property pricing without the invasive nature of needing to speak or meet someone in property. The site is pulling in public information on things like local schools, land registry sold prices and such, in the event any of this information is incorrect then Bricks and Logic will also be incorrect. If you want a wildly inaccurate price then just use Zoopla or Valpal, but if you want an accurate price, from a company that care, then use these guys. Also if your data is wrong, they really appreciate the feedback, I found a property was displaying as a 2 bedroom, when it was a 1 bedroom, I enquired, David got in touch and it was shortly rectified. I'm still awaiting for my call from Zoopla!!

Pretty much ALL The information regarding the property itself aswell as the details regarding the local school and transportation is completely WRONG!!

This weird company has estimated my house at £350,000 when the actual minimum value is £490,000, I was not even going to write a review but why is this company even mentioning my house?

I've read the negative reviews here and it's clear the authors don't understand what this site is for. It collates all the *publicly available* (key phrase) information and puts it all in one place - Zoopla used to do it in far less detail but they stopped and the only other sites that do anything like it charge for access. It is phenomenally useful if you understand what it's for. And if the info about your particular property is incorrect - no doubt simply out of date since the last sale - then just change it, the option is right there. For those who want total privacy and their property removed that's not possible I'm afraid - for about £3 anyone can pay the Land Registry and find out who owns your home, what you paid for it, even if you have a mortgage - nothing to do with B&L. But this site's strength is that it is brilliant for discovering where the higher/lower value areas are, both rentals and sales. It is a fantastic resource for investors and those looking to relocate. And if that's you, this is a top notch resource.

I have used 'bricks & logic' to aid me buying a house.
I have found it to be a poor guide and its valuations don't match those by local agents. Avoid.

I looked up my own property on your website. Whilst after the extension of the house you have recorded the correct number of bedrooms you have failed to correct the amount of floorspace which increased by 50%. Another error by you, er , I mean AI??!!

Absolutely disgusted with what I found online by this company, purporting to know about my property, which they have never seen. Your data is totally incorrect, I did not give my permission for you to publish details of my property online and I demand you remove this information with immediate effect, otherwise you will be hearing from my legal representative. Totally false and untrue report and I am beyond livid at your absolute arrogance and clear misrepresentation of the facts. Please respond immediately to this review and supply me with your contact details as I wish to speak one of your senior representatives. AND TAKE MY PROPERTY DOWN FROM THE WEB NOW!!!!

Corrections to your inaccurate information regarding my property. You say 1442sq ft when it is actually 1730 sq ft plus 235 sq ft garage and storeroom. You say in excellent condition £408000. When last valued on 1/09/22 it was valued at £430000 and stated to be in excellent condition. You say we have no gas connection. I can confirm we are connected to mains gas supply. Getting bored with my corrections to your misleading and inaccurate information regarding my property. Suggest there is room for improvement in your research!

Just checked my house details and incorrect. Adjacent neighbours are smaller yet one is rated largest on the road. Others recently sold with conversions also not shown and data is incorrect. Very misleading and inaccurate for buyers viewing as a source.

They describe our property as a 3 bed leasehold flat valued at 500,000. It is a 4 bedroom freehold end of terrace house worth about 1.4 million. They describe the other houses in our terrace the same way.

you total got the description off my property wrong it is 6 bedrooms not 4 it is a farm it stands in 20ha there are farm buildings it is valued a 1.3 million not 300 to 400 hundred thousand

I think they're really cool! I've used it on a few occasions in looking for rentals and now looking to purchase. The information provided is well explained and the interface is very friendly. Would recommend to all.

Fantastic. So useful. Great idea, excellently executed. The only suggestion I would make is the option to make the location names font bolder or even white as they can be difficult to read when looking at an area containing predominantly darker colours.
