Their site will not accept my email address,which I've used for the past 20 or so years. Additionally, it will not accept my postcode. This site is worse than rubbish, it should be deleted for the misrepresentation of the true facts.

I have just come across my property on this website which is NOT for sale and has been grossly undervalued. Why are these charlatans aloud to advertise anybody’s property without their permission and also when the property in question is not for sale. I haven’t found a phone number or contact details to contact them.Surely what these scammers, are doing is illegal. How do I stop this from continuing?

I have tried to contact this company on several occassions, no responses back. Unable to contact via a call. They have undervalued my property by £50-60K due to incorrect figures they have randomly put on their website. Avoid and dont waste your time with this company. Even my Estate Agents was shocked and never seen info like it. Disgusting needs shutting down

Terrible insulting value paid 410k 20 years ago sort over 200 k on the property gives value of 610 provided its been maintained well and like it was purchased! Laughable really it’s 20 years ago who the hell wants to live in a dated house what was 20 years ago . I could had bought nearly 10 terraced houses for that price in 2007 and tge house had a valuation of 500k then I bought it cheap and to say my investment has risen 100k every other house has more than doubled in 20 years ! It’s completely insane and should be closed down . If I decide to sell if prospective buyer read this garbage I will never sell I had a valuation in 2008 for 650 k that’s 18 years ago ! Time they removed this garbage completely nonsense

Ignore this site. Utter rubbish. Grossly misleading. Not a legitimate home valuation site. Grossly negligent in that they pull figures from thin air and therefore could be damaging prospective sales. Do not correct mistakes. Do not respond to online contact. Not contactable. Need to be removed.

Incorrectly shows I paid £400000 for my property, when I paid £510000 as it uses very limited information. They ignore any contact telling them of their error.

There is nothing I can add to the many comments written here already. This company have been doing this for ages and no-one seems to have been able to challenge this as they are still doing it

Inappropriate and Incorrect valuations. No customer service or response to attempts to make contact.

Garbage site. Remortgaging my property and before even an on site valuation I am getting valuations based on market moves 20K higher from mortgage providers than what this site claims my property is worth.

This site has no business providing algorithmic valuations on peoples properties, mainly because they suck at it.

Slow and awkward company to deal with in obtaining GDPR requests. They hold personal details pertaining to properties without any justification.

Not accurate at all my property has been valued at 275k yet this site say 176k

ame across by chance an ill informed, ignorant valuation of our property. Contacted them by their web form telling them how to correct it. 28 days later have had no response. No way of contacting them other than the useless webform. Hunted them down (quite difficult) seems to be one man of Property Platform Solutions - (Companies House). But still no way of making them behave accurately or honourably.

I have just discovered that my property appears on this website. I have never been contacted or visited by the company or been asked permission to use my property details. The valuation is inaccurate and misleading. Please remove my property from your website,

Take my property OFF your amateur website NOW!
You need to be shut down, speculating wrongly with no evidence to prove your estimation.
You have never been in my property and you have no idea whether I have a marble staircase encrusted with gold, or 5 bathrooms, or a secret spa, so your estimated guesses are wrong.

Would give this website zero stars if an option. Completely inaccurate information and valuation of properties as much lower than what they are. Damaging to the housing market.
