Brilliant company and product
I'm absolutely thrilled with the product we bought, brick slips. Brilliant quality and very authentic. Worth every penny. The company was outstanding in their service, helpful and very accommodating. I fully recommend them as overall they were superb.

AWFUL customer service
AWFUL customer service, received DAMAGED GOODS and they would not do anything to help us. We ended up having to buy another 3 boxes at our own cost, which with VAT and delivery, was over £130. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. We had no choice as we had to finish the job. Three boxes that they sent us were cracked to pieces. We tried calling them but because it was BH weekend, no one answered. When we finally spoke to them they said we were outside of the 7 days and they could not help us! They said we should have emailed instead! This is a good product, we have used them before but never again due to the way they have literally ripped us off. They also mocked us by sending us 15 replacement brick slips AFTER the job was complete which was not funny. Dreadful behaviour. BE WARNED!!

NO, you do not get to wriggle out of this one. It is untrue what you state, we were literally a day or so over the 7 days, caused by the Bank Holiday, so completely out of our control. We called and called you over that weekend. Your phone systems did NOT say you were closed, the lines just rang and rang, so we wasted considerable time. You are essentially just hiding behind your nonsense policy of 'having to email'. You sent us 15 brick slips, THREE BOXES were broken AND you sent us the sand coloured ones which we explained were NOT the ones we wanted! Hence my accusation that you were 'having a laugh'. It's not too late to rectify this by taking responsibility and offering us a part-refund for the brick slips that your courier damaged but I shall not hold my breath as frankly, your company is horrendous to deal with, hence why I am taking the time here to ensure that any prospective customers of yours know exactly what they are dealing with.

To clarify for anyone reading: you contacted us well after the 7-day window for reporting transit damage had passed. Despite this, and outside of our terms, we still sent you a free replacement pack of 15 slips as a goodwill gesture to try and assist.
It’s upsetting to see this described as “mocking” when our team went out of their way to support you, even when we weren’t obliged to do so. Bank Holiday weekends do mean our phone lines are closed, but we always recommend emailing us immediately so we can act swiftly, this is outlined in our delivery policy.
We always stand by our products and our customers, and we’re proud of the service we offer. We're sorry that, despite our efforts, this wasn't enough in your case.

The Camden brick slips were easy to install and looked fantastic, though the mortar gun was tricky to use. There were minor delivery and breakage issues, but the product quality shines through. Four stars!

Excellent quality
Easy to order. Prompt delivery. Having used these to create a facade on an existing crumbling wall, they look brilliant. Good quality and you'd never know they were not full bricks!

Love the brick slips but damaged
Love the brick slips unfortunately about 1/4 of the 3 boxes I ordered were cracked badly, it's a good job I ordered 3 boxes and delivery was £50 !

Shame as great product but to only offer 14 days including the day of delivery for return is ridiculous and poor customer service - sales team are happy to help you over estimate how much product you need but then won’t accept returns.
Customer service are obnoxious and rude when you call to discuss returns.
For this reason alone I wouldn’t recommend them

Like all online retailers, we follow UK & EU consumer law, which provides a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. This is clearly outlined in our terms and conditions, which were agreed to at the time of purchase. Our products are batch-made, meaning returns must be processed within this period to ensure consistency in color and quality for all our customers.
To help avoid shortages or additional delivery costs, we always recommend ordering approximately 10% extra, this is a standard industry practice for all tile based products, as some wastage is expected due to cuts and breakages during installation. While we always strive to assist customers in estimating their needs accurately, this guidance is in place to help avoid the inconvenience of needing to reorder later.

Absolutely shocking service
Awful. Website quotes a 2-4 working day delivery but took 6 working days. When the delivery driver came he left the tiles and cement on the roadside without even knocking. Thankfully we saw him/challenged him as to why he didn’t knock. He lied and said he did (he absolutely never as we were watching him out of the window and he should have brought them to the front door). He was then abusive when challenged. Rang Brickslip and they just weren’t interested! We’d paid over £50 delivery! Customer care is shocking! Go elsewhere

Unfortunately, we don’t recognize you as a customer of ours. However, if you have received a delivery from us, please note that our average delivery time is 2-4 working days, as stated on our website. This timeframe is subject to location and any applicable restrictions.
Regarding the delivery drivers, they are part of a third-party logistics network and are not employed by BrickSlips. As such, they operate independently and do not directly represent our company.
Our orders clearly state that deliveries are kerbside only, as the third-party couriers are not insured to bring goods onto the property. This policy is outlined on our Deliveries page to ensure customers have all the necessary information in advance.
Delivery drivers are required to take photos and obtain a signature as proof of delivery. If the driver saw you, and you saw him, it is likely that he was in the process of retrieving the paperwork when you noticed him. If you approached the driver before the delivery was completed, it may have simply been a matter of timing rather than an oversight on their part.
We genuinely value customer feedback, and we appreciate you sharing your experience. However, based on the details you’ve provided, it does not appear that the driver acted outside of his job requirements. While we understand that delivery experiences can sometimes be frustrating, reviews can have a significant impact on businesses, especially when the issue in question does not stem from a service failure.

The brick slips are a great product
The brick slips are a great product, looking just like real bricks which in many ways they are, just thinner. Once pointed up they look like a proper brick wall.
Only down side was a few broken slips but the company does say order more than you need to allow for breakages.
