What a brilliant company and great bunch of people! I bought an older T5 from them 2 weeks ago, it was immaculately presented and supplied with all the history and paperwork they had advertised. Having a test drive wasn’t a problem and I had no pressure from sales team what so ever! Once I’d decided to go ahead with the purchase I paid a deposit and the van was given a fresh MOT and check over. Darren & Elliot kept me up to date along the way answering any questions I had….they couldn’t have been more helpful! Thank you all for the great service…Jay

When I made the inquiry on their website and got a reply within half hour at 9pm at night on a Sunday I knew customer service was at the forefront of their family run business. Elliot then contacted me the following morning and after speaking to him, nothing was to much trouble he understood what I wanted and with that I already knew this was where I was going to buy my van. Once arrived we felt very welcome, shown the van and was allowed to have a look at my leisure, I love that. I can’t stand pushy sales people which Elliot was not. Purchasing the van was very painless and extremely easy. Top marks all round, they have made a customer for life. Thank you

My business recently purchased a low mileage VW T6 from BVC.
The transaction was incredibly simple as the in depth video presentation shows and tells you all you need to know. When we arrived to view the van, it was exactly as described, in excellent condition, clean, just perfect.
We headed straight over to the van, had a good look around, inside and out, and weren't approached once with any sales chat.
Being a business owner in the double glazing industry that operates non pressure sales (yes, we do exist!), it is a delight to deal with other businesses that operate in the same way!
Darren was friendly and efficient in getting everything ready within a matter of days.
The van had 4 new tyres, timing belt done, full service & MOT.
I wouldn't hesitate to return to BVC for any future commercial vehicle requirements.

Great communication. Excellent service and aftercare. Had small problem with the T6 and had work carried out at our local garage. This was all carried out on guarantee with no hassle. Would highly recommend this garage.
