Absolutely fantastic VW Transporter…
Absolutely fantastic VW Transporter supplied by Bridgend Van Centre. Elliot went the extra mile to get the van ready for a trip to the south coast. They made sure the van had all its up to date servicing done. In all a great vehicle and top service from all the guys at BVC

Really unimpressed with the after sales…
Really unimpressed with the after sales service. I put a deposit down on a large vehicle and I gave them DAYS to make it ready for me. I checked in with them regularly to check if it was OK for pickup. On the day I eventually came for pickup, they told me the tailgate cover was broken. This after several days of me checking with them it was OK to break my work day to turn up. They were only just washing it when I got there. Then they promised to order and fit the broken parts...and that's the last I heard from them. AVOID!

Thank you for the feedback Nigel. We are disappointed to hear that you weren't completely satisfied with your experience as you can see yours is the only negative review we have received. We have attempted to contact you via phone and e-mail regarding the broken part but have been unable to establish contact. If you do happen to see this reply, please contact us as we are keen to resolve this issue

Professional service, great people and amazing vans
Whilst looking at the market for a T6 with low mileage and an impeccable history I came across Bridgend Van Centre, these guys knew the vans inside and out and provided a level of service that is second to none with the best part ex prices (they really worked their connections).
This resulted in picking up a pristine van with no outstanding works due for 2 years. From a major service, cambelt, MOT and brake fluid change - all done as it was due to be done - they are as honest as the day is long. The team kept us informed and arrange a covid safe collection as a tie that suited our needs - 5* all day, everyday! Thank you team. We will be back, albeit in 300k miles and 15 years 😂
