I have bought and sold many properties over the years. I have recently completed on selling 2 ex rental houses through Bridges and can honestly say that the service I received from James MacPhee in Bracknell was excellent. He was proactive in managing the process and quick to respond to any questions I had throughout the process. Happy to recommend the company.

We were looked after by Jasmine Robinson from the Camberley office. We found her to be welcoming, proactive, determined and knowledgeable with each property we viewed and the surrounding area. When we wanted to view a property with Bridges she would do all she could to accommodate our timings and enable us to view the property that day or as quickly as possible.

Justin arrived on time, he was friendly and professional. Any of my questions he answered, anything he wasn't sure about he found out and called me back very quickly. I didn't feel rushed when viewing the property, which hopefully will be my new home.

I will never ever buy a property through bridges. Been let down massively. Now homeless due to their advice on allowing my property to exchange/complete and to break the chain.

The team at Bridges stayed in touch with updates on offers and then when we had a buyer helped move things along. On our purchase communication has been swift and she has responded to any requests in timely and professional way.

Bridges Aldershot

I offered for one of the properties and increased by offer on 15th Oct and called the property manager at Aldershot branch 3 times on 16th Oct afternoon, called reception and left message for Agent managing the property to call me back ASAP to confirm that I accept the owner's counter offer. But they didn't respond and then later they received another offer and things didn't workout for me.

I was in a shock as I called to confirm my acceptance even before the other offer was received, I missed the property due to agents negligence and timely communication. And agent was annoyed and started talking aggressively.

We were met at the door by the estate agent and welcomed in, the estate agent was very helpful and gave us lots of information both about the house and the area.

He was really professional & his advice & enthusiasm has given us the confidence to finish and get ready to put our house on the market although we have a few jobs to do yet.
