Bright LED Shoes Reviews 

First off, it took 2 weeks to even process the order, the website states 48 hours. I finally get the shoes 3.5 weeks after ordering because unbeknownst to me, they were coming from Hong Kong. The sizing chart is completely off because...China. And I was left with shoes too small and a really disappointed 6 year old. I have attempted to return my shoes for a month now and got one email from Heather Morales stating she recieved my email and would get back to me with a response. Do not buy from this company! They don't care once getting your money.
I ordered $30 LED shoes on Amazon, they arrived in 2 days. One shoe stopped working after a month because they were made in China. To hell with these LED shoes and anything coming from China. It's all garbage.

Here's the update on the review. I thought they delivered it to the wrong location but found out that they are dropshipping the package so they only sends me invoice instead of the package. As I was about to go through PayPal refund distribute to find out the DHL dropped off package to me today. I took the box out of the DHL package and it was legitimate LED shoes inside. I feel bad and guilty for leaving bad review about them as they delivered it without charging me shipping + taxes but only charging me the price that were listed on their website. Heather has been good until I sent her complaint email but unfortunately, she's no longer responding back to me. Bright LED Shoes is legitimate company and just need to be patient. Mine arrived to Canada in just 2 or 3 days via DHL. Thanks Bright LED Shoes!

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE!!! STILL WAITING FOR MY SHOES!! DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENTS. SOMEONE NEEDS TO SHUT YOU DOWN.

Shoes were ordered on Dec. 8, immediate notification of payment received. Told also in that notification that I would get a tracking number within 48 hours. And the shoes were being processed.
2 weeks go by, no word. I contacted and got email saying they were sorry and were now processing my order. Which was a pair for my grandson, the one specific thing he had asked for.
Another week goes by, finally a tracking number... which for 3 days stated processing. Needless to say.. its Christmas and no shoes. I do not recommend this company. They are quick to get your payment and then forget you.

Hello, the company has a very friendly customer service person who I think is over run. I ordered shoes back in June and still haven't received them. I have only received one reply from support who said there was a problem with the shipper and id get an update in 48 hours. That was 3 weeks ago and the emails haven't been answered since.
