I started using Brilliance shampoo several years ago when I was given some in Key West, Florida. I have been using it ever since. That is unusual as I switch shampoos frequently until this product. As Amazon does not carry your product now, I ordered direct from you. I will continue to order from you directly, and thanks for the free gift! The shampoo and conditioner are very good products.

After several years of having an amazing wand that I purchased for my daughter, it finally just quit working. I contacted the company about the lifetime warranty and they replaced it within less than a week with myself just paying a few shipping costs. Awesome customer service!

My wife has used their product for years. Her iron was 7 years old when the porcelain cracked. Called up they gave me a code got the new iron In 3 days for just shipping cost “Lifetime Warranty” with them means just that Lifetime. Thanks BNY for great products to make my wife HAPPY and lookin good.

They did not send the color I chose. they sent the color they wanted without any explanation.

The item pictured is not the item that arrived, although it may be the same in different packaging. The box the item was in was a bit torn up and should have been better protected in shipping. My contact info was not taken at time of purchase, and I had no way to view my order and tracking info. Overall okay...glad the item arrived, and I hope it works well, as hoped.

Brilliance NY is always been my top line since my sister introduced to me for hair products is always been on my mind as a awesome gift for my wife, she used to use Flat iron I just recently purchased a brush dryer and once my wife saw it she went crazy nut she almost jump on me of happiness she is saving hundred of dollars or maybe thousands of dollars a year in hair products just by her doing her own hair thats brilliant for me jijiji we can use that massive money somewhere else in are home, I will recommend this product 100% is like having a (SALON) at home, now my wife wakes up more early just to do her hair she is really excited 😊 the brush dryer does leave you a nice curve on the hair making it (BRILLIANCE),

I had one of the this irons for almost ten years and I loved it so much. Decided to buy a new one. The only thing I can argue about it's that I ordered the turquoise color and arrived the black one. But, it shipped fast and customer service was great.

Spoke with a representative yesterday regarding my order and they were very helpful.

My flat iron broke and was replaced by a new one within a few days. Everything went perfectly.
