One of my friend want to sell his car , because he is gonna go back to his country.
They gave a qoutation of and just before the flight day they deduct £1000 and demand for lower price.

After all they sell it 3000 higher than the buying price.

Never go to this buyer.

I bought my first car in the UK for £6,800 (59,481 miles) with a fresh 12-month MOT, new tyres, and a full service.

After two months, I had to leave the UK and listed it at auction.

@BRI PARK CARS WILLENHALL agreed to buy it for £5,100 and collect it the day before my flight.

On the collection night, they reduced the price to £4,100, citing minor age-related marks only visible with a flashlight. The car had no accidents and was in the same condition as when I bought it.

Because I was leaving the country, I had no option but to accept. I also hand over the car without any penny on that day, because I trust them. They said payment can be done during office hours when the collection

Now, the same car is listed on their website for £6,999 with higher mileage (60,733). 𝐁𝐮𝐲𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐭 𝐢𝐬 £2899

I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone of the team at Bripark Hyde. They truly went above and beyond to get me in to my new car. Honestly can not thank them enough.

Amber & the team at Bripark have been fantastic. I'd been in touch with Amber a couple of times about different cars & she always remembered me. We visited from Sheffield. Amber is a great saleswoman, never pushy, always fair & engaging in price discussions but standing a line when need be. She was so helpful when we needed to sort our the tax at the local post office too. Overall really pleased with the experience. Felt well looked after & listened to.

From my initial chat over the phone with Leyton with him helping to advise me what my best options are and being completely transparent, to choosing my car with James and doing the paperwork side of things with Nathan, I can’t thank them all enough for such a great experience, I part ex’d my car with them and they helped me find my perfect car! They listened to all of my needs and wants and I drove away in my new car😁 can 100% say I’ll stick them in future when it comes to any car decisions!

I want to say, we didn’t have a bad experience. Went with an open mind to the Wigan branch given some of the bad reviews on here. We decided not to proceed with the purchase based on gut feeling. I think the account below is a fair representation of our experience.

Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Showroom is ok, though the loud music and flip chart with their sales training tactics on display we could have done without. The photos of the vehicle have either been taken elsewhere, or had the background edited as the photos give a much grander impression of the dealership than is reality.

We went to view a Hyndai i800. I asked how long it had been there, the salesman said it had come in since he rejoined in the last three weeks. However, it had been MOT’d back in March 2024 when you check with DVSA and not done any miles since. So with it having the nickname ‘the bus’ and having had a price reduction, I think it had been there a while.

It is a 2019 plate but higher mileage than some equivalent vehicles that are 1-2 years older. For that reason I thought it was overpriced and it had already been reduced (it had a sign in the window for £1k more than the website). I asked if there was any information on what it had been used for as it had done a significant portion of the miles in the last year or so. He said he had no idea. Having booked the viewing with over 24 hours notice, I would have expected all of the info to be available.

When viewing the interior there were scuff marks in the boot and the drivers seatbelt was very worn (like it had been taken on and off a lot) which said to me it had likely been a taxi of some sort. Not a deal breaker, but I would expect that a decent dealership would know something about the vehicle. He didn’t know if the seats flattened down.

Test drive was fine, no issues apart from tyre needing air. Again, saying to me that it had been sat for a while.

We discussed part exchange, the mileage on my PCP car had been noted down or read incorrectly by his colleague so they offered £2k short of what it’s worth. I challenged that back as I knew we weren’t in negative equity. This is something that should be an obvious mistake to a seasoned salesperson. We challenged that and he went back and corrected the figure.

We had another couple of vans to see, and said so to the salesperson. I also said that we would like to book and AA independent check given we’ve had a previous bad experience with a second hand vehicle. He didn’t seem keen on this and said that they have an independent garage that they use with 150 point check. Which is fine, but that shouldn’t be a problem then to get an AA check at our own cost to assure ourselves that the vehicle is fine.

This is when he brought over the laptop with the viewing figures for the van over the last week (it’s had this many search results and views…), and then said they have another viewing booked on Tuesday. We felt this was a pressure tactic. I asked if we wanted it whether they would take a holding deposit, and he said he’d have to call the manager, which seemed strange.

Overall, the experience didn’t fill me with confidence that this was the right vehicle for us.

Nathan was very helpful and friendly. He made the process of my finance very easy. Lewis was also very helpful and lovely too. Definitely recommend for a nice easy finance experience.

Rhys was an amazing advocate for this family run business.
He listened to our requirements and came up with the right vehicles to choose from .
After a good look around we opted to buy a Kia Rio . This is our 3rd car now from Ucan and I'm sure we'll be back in the future.
