I ordered 2 hard drives, one was supposed to be 8TB and they both weighed virtually nothing. There was no hardware in them. I sent the customer service team videos, and evidence from the computer showing the drives had no storage from when the computer read the drives. They have a legal obligation to refund the full amount and cover the costs of returning the goods, the most they offered was 30% refund and not covering the cost of shipping. It's been outrageous, I've contacted Trading Standards about the illegal trading activity. Avoid at all costs.

The website was easy to use and the quality of the item at half the price of other sites was phenomenal.

Was recommended by my neighbour who purchased a fox deterrent.i haven’t tried it yet in my garden. I have deducted a Star as was disappointed I thought I was going to get a £5 cash back after doing a review only to find it’s after I reorder on the website which is a bit cheeky because I might not need anything in the future.

Website was good to navigate. Easy to order products. Confirmation of order was quick. Hoping delivery is too.

I ordered Child Location Tracker Real‑Time GPS & Waterproof Design and received a Bluetooth Tracker instead, the order was placed on the 3rd of September and arrived on the 22nd of September, on the delivery day I have contacted Customer Service regarding the mistake requesting a return, this was still not issued until today (07.10.26), I waited a bit to make sure I will have an update, however none was provided,

I clearly received the wrong item and provided pictures as a proof and was not contacted about the return details yet, this is taking very long and feels like a money grab at this point,
As a result I am very disappointed with the product and customer service all together, do not recommend!

My order has been placed & confirmed with BRISTEY since 9/15/26. I have received tracking information from the company LINGXUN, bt when i enter the order number it says NO ORDER FOUND!!! ANOTHER ASIAN SCAM COMPANY, BE ON ALERT.

⚠️ BRISTEY FAKE REVIEWS — BEWARE!

Something that really concerns me about BRISTEY is that customers do not appear to have an option to leave independent reviews on their websites on the products they purchase.

So where do all the reviews displayed on their website come from? 🤔 they are fake.

I would strongly recommend doing your own research and not relying solely on the fake reviews shown on the BRISTEY website.

⚠️ BRISTEY’S RETURN POLICY — BEWARE!
Here’s what happened when I tried to return a product to BRISTEY:
They gave me three options:
1️⃣ 30% partial refund of the total money I paid - (thieves)
2️⃣ 70% store voucher — to be used towards another purchase from their store only. (Rubbish)
3️⃣ Full refund — BUT I would have to return the item to their Hong Kong address, with return postage costing £25 . (Con)
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Before buying from BRISTEY, make sure you ask where the return address is and who pays the return postage. Don’t assume you’ll be returning the item to a UK address just because you the company appears to be UK-based.

Bought a bird suncatcher which purported to be made of crystal, rhinestones and filigree metal. It turned out to be a fuzzy picture glued onto acrylic. I took a picture of the item I received, put in through META A1 and by magic turned it into the picture shown on the website, not very difficult to do. So not only was the item NOT as described, the picture was altered to purposely deceive. Since I have complained that I want 100% of my money back and NOT the 10% they offered me, the emails have gone "quiet"

Can't really say much as I have not received my purchase yet. But the website was very easy to use hopefully my purchase will be as good.

Spotted your products on Google, I was looking for something to buy my wife for her birthday but was struggling to find anything then your product popped up.
Having reviewed the product and description It seemed a practical present tg hat she would like

Couldn't pay me to purchase from Bristey again. Ordered a product that arrived defective with stitching coming apart and a massive size disparity as confirmed by an independent investigator. I reached out to Bristey as their website states defective items are returned at no cost to the customer. Bristey refused to honour this and would not explain why they refused to honour their own policy (let alone the consumer rights act). Bristey continued to offer partial refunds from 10% "as a goodwill gesture" which would still leave us out of pocket with a defective item. Their alternative "offer" was for us to pay to return a defective item to China which, as they know, would cost more than the item itself. They advertise themselves as a British company but aren't so open about dropshipping from China. As their returns policy on their website is not only false advertising but actually blatant deception, we went down the legal route to get our refund. Avoid at all costs.

Firstly I was asked to write a review at the checkout in return for a discount on the supposed 8TB drive I was ordering. I replied saying I couldn't do this because reviews were not made in response to incentives! Ha, ha got a reply thanking me for my honesty... should have been warning enough but I went ahead. The drive took ages and ages to arrive, tracking vague but Far East somewhere. When I went to use it to copy my files from my laptop all seemed OK except for when I went to check the files were actually there: only 93GB out of 230GB had actually copied! Very nasty shock. UPDATE After a response from the supplier offering to make things right I had some hope but they have made no direct contact so sadly just a
PR response with no intention behind it. Meanwhile I've had the supposed 8TB drive checked out by someone far more experienced than I am; he tried 3 different ways to copy my information across - 6 hours each attempt - but every time when he tried to access the supposedly copied files he got numerous error messages. Eventually he took it apart and found - NOTHING. No disc drive at all, all faked. As it is apparent the supplier will do nothing I am preparing paperwork for the appropriate Consumer Protection authorities.

The price is very competitive. looking forward to receive the product
