Don’t trust the description or aftersales
The product took weeks to arrive. When it did it was not the same as the description or the image on the website. So have been mis-sold. The aftersales is frustratingly non existent to say the least ( lots of apologising but no substance) and several weeks on am still going round in circles, they don’t seem to know what I have paid for, what they have sent or that because it was not as described I don’t want the same product as a replacement. Am referring to Trading Standards in UK as not complying with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Would definitely not recommend.

Steer clear!
This is the 2nd terrible review I have given this company. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS! Not only have they erroneously sent me an item I did not want and cancelled immediately, they are refusing a refund but have only offered me a partial refund or a store credit. Both of these options go against my consumer rights. Steer well clear of these people, who never sign an email with their actual name.

terrible experience
terrible experience. I am actually wondering whether this company is legit. I ordered wall lights which were delivered in 6 weeks. And mostly what was described as outdoor lights proved to be unsuitable for outdoor use.

FAULTY products and refusal for refund
FAULTY products and refusal for refund
do not order anything from this site. I ordered a hard drive that was faulty and they refused a refund and sent me a replacement for that to be faulty as well. They refused to provide me with a full refund and only offered partial refund and partial store credit (as if I would buy anything from them again). their refund policy states faulty products are at no cost to the customer and yet they are asking me to post back the items to China which they estimate will cost 25-50 euro before they check the items to then refund me back. Horrible experience with customer service and backpedaling in their refund policies. I have now filed a charge back from my bank and hope I can get a fair refund

Fraudulent company
Fraudulent company. Do not use them! Advertise one thing, then send lesser product that I didnt want. Offered partial refund or store credit. They are fighting me on a full refund and saying I am to pay for return postage....to Asia!! This is their way of making you accept the lesser offer. This is fraud.
Absolute joke! Will continue bothering them until I get a full refund.

This company is not a UK company AVOID
This company is not a UK company. Everything is from Hong kong and cheap rubbish. The item I ordered was cheap tat and not as described. If you try and get a refund they will offer you a small percentage off and if you refuse will charge you huge shipping fees to return goods to Hong Kong!
If you have fallen victim to this ring your bank and get a charge back to get your money back
Just to add they reply with the same stupid generic response to everyone but never address any of the issues raised in people's complaints!

Horrible experience
Horrible experience, this must be a scam. I ordered ultrasonic rodent repellent which did not work at all, sent them photos and videos and requested a refund and they keep offering me 10 and 20 percent of the refund and refuse to send me return details for the full refund.
