An excellent service from start to finish. Had all the paperwork ready for me to inspect and delivered the car to me in Cardiff free of charge. I would definitely recommend Britannia.

From start to finish Justin couldn’t of been more helpful and honest with no hard sell.

He opened early for me to see the car as I was going away. pointed out minor blemishes which I didn’t notice.

He also came in especially early on a bank holiday for me to collect the car.

First time buying a car from Britannia Motors first class service from Russel and Justin .Pleasure doing business with them.

Archie was very helpful and gave me a px price I was very happy with. I was ready to go ahead with the sale. Their website says to pay a £250 reservation fee secure the vehicle which I was more than happy to pay. I then had an email reply saying they wanted £1000 reservation fee to secure the vehicle. I need 24 hours to transfer £1000 from my savings account. It's a shame as the car I wanted is still for sale. After the £250 deposit I would have transferred the remaining balance from my savings account to my account within 24 hours, paid the remaining balance and collected the car as soon as it was ready to go. The deal would be complete by now. Very disappointed!

Thank you for your reply however you are incorrect in what you are saying. Your website did offer a £250 reservation fee. In fact I have a screenshot of it and it is on my Google review if anyone reading this review would like to see it. If you had admitted that it was a mistake and apologised for the misunderstanding then I may have revised my review positively as errors do happen BUT to make me out to be a liar when it clearly was offered on your website as shown in my screenshot only makes me revise this review with the same outcome sadly.

It's such a shame to see the car still unsold two and a half months later when I would have had it within days should this have been resolved amicably.

Great service from Justin and the team. Very pleased with the collection, all organised for me picking up the car. Justin even kept the car out of the rain until collection. Would recommend this dealership.

I had a really great buying experience with Britannia Motor Co. I was introduced to the car by Justin who was very friendly and who gave me all the time I needed to look over the car and think about my buying decision. Justin was up front about any blemishes on the car and this was reflected in the price. I also got a fair deal on the part exchange. Overall I would recommend Britannia and would definitely shop there again (maybe in a few years!)

A great service! Nothing was too much trouble for Justin. He sorted out a test drive at short notice, was able to answer all questions and arranged delivery to my home address in Somerset. Communication was great throughout. Very impressed!

Buying a used car can rarely be called a pleasure it's so often a minefield of risk. That said, buying from Brittania was indeed a pleasure. The Fiat 500X was pristine inside and out and actually a bit of a bargain. Salesman Russell Stoneman made the process so easy. I'd happily recommend Russell and his colleagues at Brittania Motor Company to family and friends.

Yet again another fantastic service. Reliable car sales garage, have now purchased my third car with Britannia motor company and again happy with the sale and service that was delivered.
