I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Britannia to anyone. From arranging a viewing, covid protocols, ease of purchase was all first class. Russell Stoneman was a star throughout.

I bought my car remotely and found the customer service very helpful. I was picked up from the station and found the car in a better condition than I was expecting. All paperwork and insurance was ready to go as promised.

An excellent example how the car buying process should be. Very straightforward (this included discussing finance options, part-exchange options, and any of the admin work) simple and quick. Our salesman Russell (Stoneman) was very helpful and informative about the car and the car buying process. He left the viewing of the car to us (and we spent a good while going through it, even the kids). There was no pressure at all to buy it and he was very honest about the whole process. He and Britannia could not do enough for us and were very accommodating.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone and will comeback when we are looking for our next vehicle in a few years time.
