I received lovely made to measure curtains, tiebacks and cushion covers all finished to a high standard and very reasonably priced too. I would use this company again.

Very happy with the quality of curtains, they were also beautifully packed and I was able to hang them straight up.

UPDATE - still very disappointed. Britannia Rose responded almost immediately to my negative review below on Trustpilot but 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for someone from senior management to contact me, despite having rang and emailed them several times. My only option now is to post another review in the hope they’ll respond 🙁
Order number ORD1505166. I’ve never ordered fabric online before but thought that Britannia Rose looked like a large and reputable company. I’d already ordered fabric samples from them and checked their returns policy which said that I had the right to return non-bespoke orders within 14 days, so I thought I was safe to order 24m of fabric. However when I realised that it wasn’t suitable for the room I had planned to use it in and contacted customer service regarding returns I was told that cut fabric was considered bespoke and couldn’t be returned. Very disappointed with their service - no response to emails. I’ve checked other fabric websites and they are very clear that fabric cut from a roll can’t be returned, However Britannia Rose is not clear about it - I assumed bespoke products were things like made-to-measure curtains and blinds. Won’t be using them again.

Cant thank Britannia Rose enough. From Ordering on website to Hanging of Curtains and Roman Blinds, everything was excellent.
Website easy to use with instructions etc. Communication and feedback was excellent, gent on the phone easy to deal with.

This is the second time we have used Britannia Rose and we haven’t been disappointed. It is very easy to order online and the choice and quality of materials are very good. They have made an excellent job of my curtain’s and they package them perfectly without any creasing so they can be hung straight up. First class job and service. Very pleased. Easy website to follow, easy to order sample wallpapers. Took perhaps longer to arrive than anticipated to say they were coming from within UK.
Gorgeous designs from Britannia Rose. But I need a heavy duty vinyl - hard wearing as it is needed for the hall stairs and landing and such vinyls are not available. Pity!

Brilliant company, we have used a few times for curtains and blinds. The quality of the items is amazing and the customer service is great. A bracket broke in my son’s blind a few months after ordering and they sent me out a replacement straight away! Highly recommend

Amazing quality curtains. This is our second time ordering from Britannia rose and would always use them for our made to measure curtains. Only thing is the turnaround time is always a little longer than expected so wouldn’t recommend ordering in a rush! Worth the wait though.
