I’m a first time user with Britannia Rose. After ordering a sample of the material as a trial for this particular room I was so pleased that it looked great and was certainly my first choice. I’m certainly not a professional but I went through the clear instructions to measure the required size and put my order in.
So pleased when they arrived, fitted perfectly and look absolutely great. Really good quality material and professionally made, arriving well packaged.

Just excellent service from start to finish. I initially ordered fabric samples and then ordered a cushion in my chosen design as I wanted a better feel for the colours and quality. The cushion was well made and I decided to order curtains. The curtains were well made too, (black out and tab top) lined beautifully and the pattern matched on joins. They were packaged well so no ironing on to try and get rid of deep creases.

I would definitely buy from them again.

Such a great company to deal with. We first used Britannia Rose during lockdown when we ordered a gorgeous pair of full length curtains, which we still love now. We then had some curtains made for our garden room when my MIL moved in with us, and BR hurried the job through so MIL wasn't without curtains. Once MIL gardem annex was completed, we then ordered curtains for her, which again are a gorgeous design and everyone comments on how pretty they are. I cannot believe its happened to me twice! Once again, I have placed an order for some curtains and extra fabric and been told after the order confirmation email had been sent, that the fabric has been discontinued. Why don't you keep your stock availability up to date? I see from your reviews I'm not the only person to raise this question.

Britannia Rose has a very clear and easily navigable website, they offer a huge range of materials and patterns and offer good value for money. From browsing through ordering to receiving my curtains, it was easy, quick and efficient. The curtains were well made, high quality and look superb.

Easily navigated website. Opportunity to order samples to help with the decision! Thought we knew what we wanted but 8 samples later we did know. Curtains were amazing quality and so well made. Even the length when first hung appeared too short however as the curtain bottoms are weighted and the heavy fabric it took about 3 weeks to get to the floor just the right length. Brilliant. We will be back soon for more curtains.
