The best wholesale company I have worked with
Bought 4 pallets from them and I am super happy with all, even with kithchen return palet I got more for myself to keep some good appliances and resell the rest to make my money back. So far Britdeals have been the best supplier for me. And costumer service replies fast. Thank you.

I m a reseller for couple of years
I m a reseller for couple of years , I just want to say at one point this website was quite good ( 2 years ago ) but now recently 6 pallets of stuff paid 3900 April /may 2023 and another lot December 2023 6 pallets 4520£ all look as everything has been collected from rubbish and placed in those pallets , so from this 8420 including vat and shipping not even 4000 recovered .. be aware guys do not waste money for their rubbish !my previous review on Google has been deleted I hope this will be visible!

I made a complaint in the live chat on the web app. Then my account is deleted, seems petty since I spent over £2k with this company.
The company and services have declined significantly in recent months. They don’t seem to care about loyal customers anymore. I Do not recommend wasting your time and money.
And look at the reply from them. No real answer, they are upset because I complained and then banned me. I didn’t swear at all, all I did was complain. What a joke of a company and response

Purchased an entire pallet of garbadge
Purchased an entire pallet, and 50% of the items were immediately discarded. Despite buying from various websites multiple times, I've never encountered such a high amount of garbadge goods. It's evident that quality items are selectively chosen in the warehouse. will never buy again from them!!!

Never buy anything with Pokémon etc Rip Off.
Have bought return pallets and clothing and box damaged items - return pallets you expect a mix bag but although some items are ok you also get a lot of rubbish broken etc.Box damage however you think the item is ok just like it says box is damaged unfortunately I have had quite a few items not working and most recently nearly a £100 of Trading Cards eg Pokémon Yu-Gi-Oh where the contents our opened the decent cards taken and replaced with any old card. This also happens on return pallets so never buy one where a big chunk is on cards. However being box damage I wasn’t expecting this. Saved these items for Q4 and now will make loss on these items. If you want to take gamble then Brit deals is as good as any I suppose.
